_Lore: _

Sometimes sainthood requires a bit of devilry, and although some may find balance in such a case to be necessary, a healthy overdose of either can make for quite the interesting chain of events. After all, chaos is to order as life is to death- one defining the other, constantly raising the stakes in the midst of turmoil and survival. This necessity for nefariousness, though often varying from case to case, has become a motto for many born and raised within the damned depths of Bilgewater, and the budding kingpin known simply among her peers as Niza was no exception.

In her early years, Niza had grown accustomed to the various atrocities that would be cause for madness in maidens and soldiers alike, and her fragile and impressionable psyche found itself reinforced by the teachings of her father- another street urchin hellbent on making a name for himself. Of course, such a task is not easily accomplished amidst a myriad of competition, and the two found themselves on the wrong end of blades and barrels many-a-time in their co-existence. Her upbringing may not have been ideal for the average girl or boy, but the life she lead was one comprised of adventure, heroics, and even villainy. There was not a moment in her childhood in which she felt shame for who she was, nor a moment of contempt for the man who raised her this way.

In Bilgewater, the scent of weakness is as pungent as the stench of chum strewn about the slaughter docks, and any fear within Niza was sought out and quickly expunged by the ruthless rigidity of her elder. She killed her first man early, her father made sure of that, and to this day she claims to have bits of the poor soul's skin trapped in the depths of her fingernails. Bilgewater was a lawless land, and despite how deeply its happenings may have disturbed a younger Niza, she quickly grew to understand the unspoken workings of the region. She found herself exceptionally capable of speaking the language, and adept at abandoning her words when they proved unnecessary or even detrimental.

In time, the family business gained traction, various names from across the isles calling in aid from the man with no face and the girl with iron fists. Their hustle became a service, and the clientele fell in line as either family... or victims. By the time Niza had reached her early teenage years, the name of the Blackbrine dock gang rang true on high and low docks alike. Her father, while in charge of their ever-expanding crew as a whole, grew extremely busy in his daily dealings of defense and despair, and it eventually fell on Niza to whip the younger recruits into shape. Her fists molded the muscle and resolve of the new blood, and it was through her success that a spark was ignited within the gang.

On the anniversary of her birth, Niza was tasked with the menial duty of collecting 'taxes' from the locals under her father's eye, only to be met with an empty room upon her return. The quarters were indeed her father's, and despite his direct instructions to return the collected fees to him, she instead found a note in his place. From afar, her father had been observing and tracking his daughter's growth, and it was with her transition into adulthood that he felt it time for her grandest trial yet. Her father, along with a few more than half of their crew, had sailed from the beyond the city to expand their name elsewhere. Indeed, she was granted the grandest gift her father could give, a newly kindled torch finding her hands just as the fading of another signaled the end of an era. His work on the harbor was done, his name had been made, and he had found new ambition. Once more, a wash of pride and exhilaration flooded the young woman, an itch spawning within the veins of her fists as she rallied the rest of gang. At her side were some of the best damn hustlers and strong-arms loyalty could buy- some of which she had the personal pleasure of training. And in her heart she found a wealth of potential at her disposal.

_Blackbrine: Now Hiring! _

"You are aware that you can reconsider, right?"

"You are aware that you can get out of my damn house?!"

"I mean, yeah, in theory."

"What?! There is no 'in theory', you little shit! We've already given you all that we have!"

The sodden wood of the table separating the young kingpin and her defiant client visibly sags as a ham-sized fist slams into the center of the furniture. There is a brief pause, the reddened face of Rak Te Leil huffing outrage as his yellow eyes lock onto Niza's glossed over gaze.

"Look," She begins, easing back in her chair and folding one leg over the other with hands resting gently in her lap, "I'm not here to take a life. If that's what you want, then I'm happy to oblige, of course- but what I'm looking for is far more valuable than a sack of coin."

Rak leans forward on the table, arms folded and shoulders slumped as the rage-induced blood drains from his ruddy face. If the she-devil wasn't looking for payment, then her price was surely something greater. A shudder rushes down the dock-worker's spine, his calloused hands opening and closing anxiously. "You came into my house, in the dead of the night, disturbing my wife and daughter as though you owned the damn place-"

"Technically, I do, but go on."

Rak tenses and exhales, the shifting bulk of his muscles proving to be an intentional show as the fingernails at the end of his thick digits dig into the wood that creaks beneath his hulking frame. Of course, such a figure was hardly impressive to the young woman across from him. In Bilgewater, your physical appearance was but one way to stead any oncoming assault- but Niza knew firsthand that size alone was hardly enough to ensure security or gauge talent. Indeed, the ship handler made his living by working with his hands, but practical handiwork and combat expertise were two entirely different beasts.

"-, and now you have the audacity to come in here and make demands. You shouldn't overextend yourself now that you're pops has fled, little pup. I'll hear your request, but don't think for a second you've got any weight in my home- especially when you lack the bulk to make me do anything."

His words, for the most part, rang true. He was significantly larger than Niza in all regards, and took no shame in allowing the flabbier bits to share the spotlight with actual muscle. Even the sheer girth of his fat-laden breasts outsized her own- a slight chuckle shattering the kingpin's once impenetrable poise.

I'm perky, at best, compared to those monstrosities... An idle thought echoes in her head, Rak Te Leil tightening his jaw at the sight of Niza's shift in demeanor. Was he being laughed at, or perhaps underestimated?

"Cute. Listen, Leil, I like that grit of yours, but you sincerely need to pick your words a lot more carefully. I get it, you're a big man with a lot of pent up frustration; rumors of your wife sneaking around while you're at work, grown men taking peeks at your daughter in the evening, and petty thugs constantly pressing you for every last bit of your hard-earned coin. It's a tough life you lead, but to think you've found a change of scenery just because you've got a new landlord is a dead man's error, and I personally think that warrants a reality check."

Seeming to have had a nerved pressed, the pale pink returns to Rak's face as his hulking figure flies from his seat, the pathetic chair sent barreling into the nearest wall of mangled wooden planks. The dock-worker stops short of the still seated and watchful hustler, towering over her with fists clenched and grumbling through grit teeth.

"Never did understand the appeal behind you, runt, but you're gonna be the one wishing you held that tongue if you don't cut the shit. You best explain yourself, and explain yourself fast."

The kingpin's bagged pants swish audibly as she sits up in her seat, the floor creaking beneath her as her once nonchalant figure visibly hardens.

"If you'd like to get physical, I'd suggest you take the first shot while I'm seated. Otherwise, you best sit your fat ass down before I have to bury another good man gone stupid."

At first, there is no movement between either party, Rak Te Leil's piss-yellow eyes locked on Niza's mahogany browns.

Then, all at once, the scene erupts, Niza flying from her seat and onto the fragile floorboards below as Rak's downward punch falls as though a tree trunk, splitting the wood of what was once her chair. She lands in a stance akin to a predator on the prowl with arms and legs splayed firm, yet gently beneath her figure in equal distance from one another.

All in one motion the kingpin springs her lethal pounce, flying beneath a desperate backhand and springing up behind her opponent. A burst of swift jabs hammer against the dock-worker's lower spine, his heavyset figure faltering only slightly as he throws all of his weight behind him in a futile attempt for something- anything- to land. He finds himself lurched against his own table, Niza once more evading his line of sight as the heel of her boot crushes into the breadth of his right calf. On one knee, the dock worker curses through gritted teeth and instinctively throws out a another backhand, only to have a foreign fist crash into the back of his skull and send him face first into the table before he can even make contact.

"Oh I know you're mama taught you better than that, porky!" Niza backs away from her opponent and shakes the jitters from her legs, cracking her neck and bouncing on the tips of her toes rhythmically. The smug smirk stretching across her face is almost as predatory as the glint in her eyes, Rak's heavy hand rising and slamming on the table as he lifts himself to his feet.

"Cocky little shit. What's the matter, can't take a punch like a real fighter ought to?"

"Ohoho," Niza huffs, ceasing her erratic jumping, "I can trade blows with the best of them, I assure you."

"You sure about that? Playin' awfully weasel-like to be makin' them claims."

"How about a wager then? You've got a free hit anywhere other than my pretty little head, and if I'm still standing then we both sit down and continue business as usual. If not, then you won't be hearing a word from me or my gang 'til the next Harrowing rolls over."

A slight chuckle rumbles Rak's heaving chest, "You make quite the bargain, little girl. You're on."

The dock-worker gives Niza a once-over, surveying the points on her relatively small body that'd be easiest to break. He ultimately settles on a haymaker to the young woman's sternum, approaching the kingpin who stands with arms folded behind her back patiently. Despite the calmness of her attitude, the wear of her activity appears to be building up, her chest rising and falling to show exasperation.

Without warning the hulking figure brings his arm back before thrusting with all his might- the swing aimed instead for Niza's skull as opposed to her chest!

Fortunately, the kingpin never had any intention of either side playing fair from the start, her slim figure flying below the weighted strike to sink her knee into her opponent's stomach. His gut lurches as the impact from the young girl's knee threatens to rearrange his swollen organs, and Rak crumples with a heavy thud against the floorboards. His cranium and the thoughts within throb as the bottom of the kingpin's shoes slam into his cranium, sending Leil sprawling onto the ground.

"Do you know why we're the only gang that remains active when a horde of ghosts raid our fair town, Leil?

Niza drops to one knee and lets a duo of simple punches split her opponent's nose and lip. Reflexively, the downed lummox throws up his arms to guard his head, only for Niza to climb to her feet and punt her way through the meager defenses, the contact with Rak's temple sending a high-pitched ring throughout his skull.

"Do you know why, that in this city that of murderers, cheats, and hustlers, we've managed to make a name for ourselves and are continuing to grow?"

Barely clinging to consciousness, the dock-worker makes a dazed lunge for the girl's legs, looking to get some kind of grip on the rat. At this point, she hardly needs to even react, stepping aside slightly as the enemy's hands fall on the floorboards. His now exposed forehead is once more subject to a brutal stomp, the force and weight of Niza's heel spawning darkness in the corners of Rak's vision.

"It's because we're resourceful, and the only one word we trust is our own. We don't take threats lightly, and when some piss-head decides to show us his true colors, we make sure to believe them. Now, with that said, I want to ask you just how much faith you put into my threat about burying you. You certainly did not fight like your life was on the line, so is it possible that you think me a liar, Rak Te Leil?"

"Fuc-Fuck off, you little shit..." He slurs, blood dribbling from his nose and welts forming on various sections of his cranium.

Immediately, a swift kick splits her opponent's groin, an already dazed Rak now slightly more attentive as Niza leans down and looks him in his half-shut eyes.

"You've got one more chance, Leil. Consider this my blessing. Do you. Think me. A liar?"

"N-No Ma'am-"

A devastating strike splits the skin on Rak's brow, Niza rising to her feet as a still Leil slowly fades into unconsciousness. She surveys her surroundings, making note of the valuables in the home before being drawn to a pair of muffled sobs that emanate from the floor above. The woman silently curses beneath her breath, wiping away the blood on her knuckles with her pants as she recalls her original purpose for being here.

"You ought to count your blessings, pork. I'm here for that daughter of yours, and I'm pretty sure I need you alive if I want her loyalty. I'll be sending some men to collect her things, but I don't want to see a trace of you or that skank you call a wife when they get here. Consider this your punishment for speaking out of turn, and be grateful for my mercy."

Personality)

Niza is the acting leader of a Bilgewater dock gang known simply as Blackbrine that prioritizes the establishment and upholding of laws at various costs. They'll protect the weak and the innocent, punish criminal acts, and even place bounties on less reputable individuals so long as the cause or coin is great enough. However, the gang is by no means a collection of saints, and is home to countless strong-arms, hustlers, and thieves who simply wish to make a difference. Crime for the sake of stopping crime, as some have described their work.

Niza operates her syndicate in a patient, understanding manner. For the most part, her subordinates are allowed to work as they please so long as the damage they cause is minimal, and is lenient in defining just what is and isn't excessive. She is generally opposed to murder so long as reputation and innocent/affiliated lives are not on the line, and has made considerable contributions toward lowering the rates of human-trafficking, murder, and other heinous acts within Bilgewater. Of course, they only interfere in such affairs if there is payment or greater reason to do so, and mainly function to provide physical protection for various clients.

Niza herself is a relatively good person despite her violent streak, and has a very laid-back personality that pays very little mind toward some of the most serious situations. She more often than not has a sly comment in moments that sincerely do not call for them, and has a knack for saying the wrong thing on purpose. She enjoys a good fight and is pretty a good at starting one when she wants, and is equally adept at using her words to avoid conflict. However, in situations where violence is guaranteed, she can be found severely lacking in tact and will often just weigh the scales and align herself with whomever seems to be the lesser of two evils.

More than anything, Niza values a good nap and a warm meal, but often finds these things in scarcity as her responsibilities beckon that she keep a moderate degree of supervision over her crew. Something always seems to explode just as soon as she falls asleep, and someone always seems to let loose a hail of gunfire before she can even take her first bite. The restlessness and chaotic nature of Bilgewater, as well as her own father's teachings, have molded her into a strong young woman who can take just as much as she dishes out, and perhaps even more should the situation call for such.

Abilities)

Basic Attack- Niza strikes enemies with a left and right hook, following up with a left uppercut to the chin if she lands a crit.

Passive)

Combo Counter_- Every ability that Niza uses and connects (successfully dodges in regards to her Submission Stance E) counts as a stack toward her Combo Counter, which ultimately increases the AD scaling of her abilities by 5% for every stack she has, up to a 25% increased AD scaling across the board.

Stacks decay at 1 stack per 5 seconds, but basic attacks refresh the decay of her most recent stack by 1 second.

(Q) Right Hook/Headlock

Skillshot. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana Range(Right Hook): 300 unit long, 180 degree cone. Cooldown(Right Hook):13/13/12/12/11 Seconds Range(Headlock): 500 Unit dash. 200 Unit throw backwards. Cooldown(Headlock): 19/18/17/16/15 seconds.

(Niza can switch between Knockout/Submission fighting styles by using her W.)

If Niza is in Knockout Stance, she executes a heavy right hook in front of her in a target direction, dealing 30/65/100/135/170(+30/40/50/60/70% Bonus AD)(+5% Maximum AD per Combo Counter Stack) physical damage to each enemy hit and stunning enemies caught in the AoE for 1.25 seconds.

If Niza is in Submission Stance, she rushes and grabs an enemy, pulling them in whatever direction she desires at half her current movement speed for 1.25 seconds before slamming them behind her for 35/50/65/80/95(25% Bonus AD)(+5% Maximum AD per Combo Counter Stack) physical damage. Enemies can escape this grab by flashing, but are otherwise caught unless some form of CC stops Niza.

(W) Switch Kick

Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 Mana Range: 300 unit Radius kick. Self range on buff. Cooldown(kick): 6/6/5/5/4 Seconds. Cooldown(stomp) 12/12/11/11/10 Seconds.

Niza executes a simple push kick on a target within range to deal 90/100/110/120/130% of your basic attack damage(+5% Maximum AD per Combo Counter Stack) physical damage and swap between Knockout and Submission stances. This ability executes minions below 20% health.

Niza can cast this ability on herself instead to stomp the ground and strengthens her resolve, increasing her attack speed by 10/16/24/30/36% for 3 seconds and switching stances in the process.

(E) Left Hook/ Duck and Weave

Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana. Range (Left Hook): 500 Unit Dash. Cooldown (Left Hook): 20/19/18/17/16 Seconds. Range(Duck and Weave): 350-700 Dashes.

(Niza can switch between Knockout/Submission fighting styles by using her W.)

If Niza is in Knockout Stance, she lunges forward a short distance with an arced left hook that deals 50/60/70/80/90(+5/15/25/35/45% Maximum AD)(+5% Maximum AD per Combo Counter Stack) physical damage to enemies and slows them by 10/13/16/19/22% for 2 Seconds.

If Niza is in submission stance, she executes a tactful weave that removes Crowd Control and dodges the next ability/basic attack that would normally make contact with her. Skillshots continue past her, while targeted abilities and basic attacks are simply negated. Niza can then reactivate this ability to execute a 450 unit dash in a direction of her choice.

(R) All Hail The Queen/Queen's Curse

Cost: 80/100/120 Mana Range(All Hail The Queen): 100-200 unit radius grab. Cooldown(All Hail The Queen): 100/90/80 Seconds Range(Queen's Curse): 600 Unit Dash. Cooldown(Queen's Curse): 110/100/90 Seconds.

Cooldown: 90/85/80

(Niza can switch between Knockout/Submission fighting styles by using her W.)

In either stance, Niza grabs an enemy within melee range and hits them hard with a left and right jab, each dealing 25(+15% Bonus AD)(+5% Maximum AD per Combo Counter Stack) physical damage and leaving the target enemy suppressed for 1 seconds as she rears up an attack dependent on her stance.

If Niza is in Knockout Stance, she rears back and hits the suppressed enemy with heavy haymaker, ultimately dealing 200/225/250(+75% Bonus AD)(+5% Maximum AD per Combo Counter Stack) physical damage and knocking them back by 200 units.

If Niza is in Submission Stance, she lifts up the suppressed enemy and slams them on the ground for 50/100/150(+45% Bonus AD)(+5% Maximum AD per Combo Counter Stack) physical damage and inflicts them with Grounded for 3 seconds.

Graves "Guess it was only a matter of time before I ended up on the wrong side of that thing." Hecarim "Oh yeah, I remember watching you work last time." Hecarim "Is it that time of year already? Lemme get my ghost gloves." Illaoi "Yeesh. You are... intense." Illaoi "Yeah, I'm not fighting her." Illaoi "Blackbrine's got no quarrels with the temple." Ivern "Punch a tree? Might as well" Kaisa "He's your dad, damnit. There, I said it." Karthus "Ugh, probably my least favorite song to wake up to..." Karthus "I take it you don't do requests." Karthus "Well, can't deny that the dead man's got vocals." LeeSin "Ohoho, this ought to be fun." LeeSin "Kick all you want. I'm coming for that ass, Lee Sin." MissFortune "Fortune? Long way from the docks, aren't ya?" MissFortune "You didn't hear it from me, but there's a dead dog kicking around under our noses." MissFortune "Blackbrine's not responsible for whatever it is that brought you out here... unless we were." MissFortune "Guess this does away the truce, then." Nautilus "Every time I think of you I start to worry about my dad... guess telling you doesn't erase that fear, huh?" Nautilus "I'm sure my father found a way around you." RekSai "sigh You know what, fine! Bring it!" RekSai "They could have given me a gun for this kind of match up!" Rengar "Fancy yourself a predator?! Come catch the work, then!" Shaco "I'm supposed to be afraid of some happy ass clown? Hmph, alright then." Swain "I assume that thing hurts. Where can I get two of 'em?" TahmKench "Sorry, Kench, I'm as content as can be." TahmKench "You talk waaaaaaay too much. If you want to make a deal with me, demon, you ought to spit it out." Taric "Such a magnificent looking face. Shame if someone were to shatter it." Taric "You are a walking hair-care advertisement." Taric "Blackbrine accepts even the most flamboyant mercenaries, so long as they can hold their own. Just not you, Taric." Teemo "Ohoho. I can break it's little neck :)" Teemo "Choke-able little shit." Teemo "I already don't trust cute things. Too manipulative." TwistedFate "Tobi! How's Graves?" TwistedFate "Oh, Fate! Got time for a game of cards?" TwistedFate "We're enemies huh? Don't come crawling to me if you need somewhere to hide out after this." Udyr "Hope you can fight as well as you stink." Udyr "I get, you're a big bad mountain man, but how does a shower sound?" Udyr "A tiger declawed, a bear skinned, a turtle made soup, and a phoenix's wings clipped." Velkoz "You're literally asking for a black eye." Vi "Gloves on or off, you're still getting put in the dirt, Vi." Vi "Now you! You're the kind of cop I like." Vi "Vi? Again? What's the score?" Zilean "HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TEACH YOU THIS LESSON, OLD MAN?!" Zilean "Floating elderly time-wizard that hurls bombs at people. Neat." Zoe "I killed Ezreal. You're welcome." Zoe "You're not as annoying as people- ope, no, nevermind. Now I see it."

[before you downvote based on the title, actually read something] If you are wondering where Loba is from, she is from The Den, a group of islands actually outside of what was once Urtistan.

Lore:

“Nearly a century has passed, granddaughter...the world out there today is surely much different than when we were first isolated." Vitz' voice, old and toxic, faded in the bustle of the village festivities. Every single Pure Lycan from around The Den was there to see me off. It was a momentous day; for the first time in ages one of our kind would be sailing back to the mainland. We were convinced long ago that the water was far too radiated with lethal runic energy to leave the islands, but after those little furry people showed up...our eyes opened. The way they spoke, the way they walked, the clothing they wore...it was obvious that we had been long left behind by time and its influence. Our Alphas sat comfortably above the festivities in manipulated trees while the Betas and Omegas roamed around the party grounds. Nobody used their human forms much anymore, but I was told that I would soon be needing it to blend in with the outside world. I had heard that canines were hunted animals in Valoran. Disgusting. Wolves and Lycans communicated with one another under the night sky, illuminated by rather romantic and festive fire of varying colors. I stood in the center of the commotion atop what was to be the vessel I would be riding to the mainland on. Comprised of delicately combined wood and steel, the ship wasn't exactly pretty, but it would serve its purpose. “Fortunately, grandfather, the only thing that I fear out there is man. My mission, however, is simple and I intend to interact with mankind as little as possible." I reassured my grandfather, but felt like he could sense that I was lying through my teeth. The new world beyond The Den is vast and diverse! I wished to be able to experience all it had to offer. On both sides of me stood members of my family, with me in the center. My father to my immediate right, his father, his mother, and her brother. On my left stood Fange, my brother, and our other sister, Tyra. I stuck out like a splayed paw; the only silver-furred wolf among a small pack of amber-furred wolves. My mother had silver fur like me, but she was gone now...killed by our Head Alpha for conspiring against The Den. My father struggled to keep Vitz from falling over. The old Lycan was nearly ancient, but too proud to sit down in the midst of the commotion. A sad bunch, really. I asked to be sent off into the new world alone in exchange for my family being promoted to the Alpha class from the Beta, and was graciously granted my wish. “When you reach the shores of Valoran, howl as loudly as you can and The Den will return your song with a melodious harmony." Fange was fighting hard to keep himself from shedding a tear, but Tyra sternly looked forward, refusing to break focus. A spine chilling howl echoed throughout the night sky and the village grew quiet as our Head Alpha emerged from the trees and landed before me with great force. I barely flinched, and was proud of myself for it. The Head Alpha sized me up before placing his paw on my shoulder. He was an extremely large Pure Lycan with black fur and clear white eyes. The blade strapped to his back was larger than his entire body, but he still stood tall with impeccable posture. “You Valentines have come a long way...I'm truly sorry about your recent loss." The Head's voice was soothing, but firm. I saw my father falter slightly out the corner of my eye. Mentioning my mother normally would have caused my father to go insane with rage, but not against our chieftain. “Young Loba, know this: the outside world is surely a dangerous one and more advanced than ours. Please, take caution as you hunt and search for this...Diana figure. Assess whether or not she is what we believe she is, and report back. Immediately." I was being briefed, which meant it was time for me to be sent off. My family members leapt from the boat one by one, my grandfather and grandmother carried down gently. Fange cast me one final meaningful glance before he leapt and Tyra just simply jumped. It was just me and our Head Alpha now. The hook-blades strapped to my back reflected the light bounced from the chieftain's blade and he sized me up one last time before leaping back up into the trees. It was time for me to leave. Before I knew it, I was away sailing the straight separating my kind from Valoran. The wind was gentle this fine night, and the stars told me stories as the ship rocked me to sleep. I dreamt of battle that night. The battlefield was stained when I arrived, and all marksmen who dared to try and hunt ME were cut down without mercy. I was jerked awake by the sound of crashing steel and sand. I jumped to my feet as quickly as possible and leapt from the boat onto the sands of Urtistan...or what was once Urtistan. I saw nothing but ruins and a distant tower, but now wasn't the time for exploration...I was famished. I remembered to remain the Hunter, instead of the Hunted. Any marksman foolish enough to raise a firearm to me would be a dead man before they could release their shot. Drawing my swords, I nearly ran off into the new world with steel flaring but was stopped by a nagging feeling. I turned back to the water and faced the shadow of The Den in the distance. I imagined that I could still see the dim lights of festivities, and raised my snout to the air. The wind accompanied my loud, meaningful, and beautiful howl on its journey toward the Moon and my people...My tail wagged through it all. I stopped...and waited unexpectedly for my brother's response. Perhaps they did not hear me? Before I could doubt for another second...a harmony of good-fortune wishing howls returned my call, and I was off.

“She shows promise. I am proud to say that she will represent our people in the new world!" -Fange Valentine, Brother Of Loba.

**Gameplay: **

For the first Pure Lycan to leave The Den, I wanted to do something unique and special for Loba. I had multiple paths that I could take when it comes to her playstyle: Diseased mongrel, Feral hunter(closer to Warwick), Beastmaster, etc. I decided to do something I've never seen before: a melee based ADC(and yes, I mean the bot lane ADC) capable of standing toe to toe with those marksmen. Loba is disgusted by hunters who simply kill for sport, thus she has dedicated her fighting style to combat the league's best. Loba is adept at keeping on her enemy, but requires tactics to stay alive under marksmen fire.

But what is keeping Loba out of the top lane? What stops her and her versatile kit from dominating top? Simple, really. Loba has ZERO sustain built into her kit, her passive is primarily to help her chase ranged enemies(not melee using top laners), and her ultimate only blocks RANGED attacks and gives her moderate speed. Additionally, though she may be able to trade with some of the best, she lacks the durability to withstand their blows, while most champions in other lanes have moderate defensive capabilities. This doesn't mean that Loba is completely useless up top or in other positions either. She makes for a decent jungle assassin great for ganks, and has the potential to reverse a fight against a few mid laners.

Loba excels against immobile ADC's and even a few that have moderate mobility, since she is able to pounce, reposition, and shred. Her rotation is fairly simple: Q>W>E>R, but timing and teamwork are essentials to making the dream work.

Loba struggles against durable tanks, disruptive supports, and champions with many displacement abilities in general such as Alistar or Singed. She is able to catch and cut down most enemies, but can often be stopped in her tracks by the occasional Taric stun or Soraka silence. Count the abilities of your enemies and remember that timing is the key to her success.

Overall: Loba is a Fighter with a secondary Marksmen classification, due to her role as a melee Attack Damage Carry. She relies heavily on her attack damage and has weak ability power and defensive capabilities, making her a very high maintenance champion. She is a skilled hunter and swordsman due to high levels of training from her brother. Her weapons of choice are two hook blades made by said brother.

Appearance: Loba is a tall, slender, female humanoid Pure Lycan covered with silver fur and clad in leather armor. She is considered extremely attractive by her people's standards with a rather curvy build complete with modest bust size and noticeably defined hips. Her tail, like her pelt, is soft and well maintained. Her eyes are an icy blue color that both entrance and frighten her foes. On her back, she wields two expertly crafted hook blades created by her brother, Fange Valentine.

In her human form, Loba has the appearance of a young Hispanic woman with black hair and blue eyes. Her figure is only affected slightly, save for the dramatic loss of fur.

Personality: Loba is a spicy, brave, and witty young she-wolf at the age of 21. Trained by her brother and local legendary blacksmith, Fange Valentine, she is both tactical and humble. She will let you know that her steel is sturdier than yours, why, and how you can stand a chance against her brother's impeccable craftsmanship. She speaks with a Hispanic accent and is known among her friends as the offensive one, ready to fight anyone who dares look down on her or her family name. One of Loba's faults, however, is her curiosity which once almost got her executed alongside her mother. Fortunately, her mother stepped in and pleaded that her daughter be spared. Loba doesn't like to talk about that day. She is fascinated with the outside world and intends to take her merry time as she searches Valoran for Diana, Scorn of the Moon.

Abilities)

Basic Attack- Loba hacks and slashes her enemies with her dual hook blades.

Passive)

Bloodlust Fervor- When hit by a basic attack, the attacker will become marked with Designated Target. Loba gains 25% additional movement speed when running towards any enemy marked with Designated Target and gains +5% movement speed(up to a cap of 45%) for every subsequent attack from each specific target. For instance, as Kalista kites Loba, Loba becomes faster the more times Kalista hits her! If Soraka is also hitting Loba and she decides to chase the Starcaller instead, Loba will move faster or slower(depending on how many times she has hit her) as she follows her. The Designated Target mark lasts for 3.75 seconds but is instantly refreshed when Loba is hit by a basic attack.

Hidden Passive)

Moon's Guidance- If Diana is on the field, Loba's experience intake is increased by 3%.

Aerial Execution=Q Cost: 50/65/70/85/90 mana Range: 575 unit radius.

Loba leaps into the sky and lets out a howl as she falls, plunging her dual hook blades into the collarbone of her enemy. The enemy, on top of being stunned for 1.15/1.25/1.35/1.45/1.55 seconds will take 70/110/150/190/230(+70 AD) physical damage.

Cooldown: 9 seconds

Passive: Loba' s critical strikes deal 7/9/11/13/15% more damage.

Active:
Loba hooks both of her hook blades into each side of her enemy, dealing 10/15/20/25/30(+100% AD) initial physical damage, before swinging them around to the other side of her, dealing 10/15/20/25/30(+25/30/35/40/45% AD) secondary damage. Additionally, the victim will be slowed by 10/15/20/25/30% while Loba's tenacity is increased by 3/6/9/12/15%.

Heighten Senses=E Cost: 25/35/45/55/65 mana Range: Loba

Passive: Loba can smell stealthed units and hear their footsteps, due to her enhanced senses in beast form. Thanks to her senses, Loba gains an yellow exclamation point above her head when ANY stealth champion is within her area of vision. Active: Loba focuses intently on her desired kill, granting her 35/40/45/50/55% bonus attack speed for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Additionally, her first basic attack after activation draws blood, which leaves a noticeable trail of blood as the victim walks as well as causing them to bleed dealing 1/2/3/4/5 true damage every second for 3 seconds(not meant to be devastating).

Cooldown: 12 seconds

**Song of The Den=R Cost: 100/150/200 mana Range: 5500 units/Loba. **

Loba emits a low, melodious howl that chills the blood of her enemies and boils the blood of her allies. Loba can howl and move.

Allies who hear her song are moved by the sound and driven to siege against their enemy. Allies gain a short burst of +20/35/50% movements speed, +15/20/25% bonus AD OR +10/15/20% bonus AP(depending on the champion), and 7/14/21% lifesteal. All of these effects last for 2/4/6 seconds.

Enemies are wracked by the ominous howl, causing them to doubt their cause. Enemies have their attack speed reduced by 10/15/20%, armor reduced by 5/10/15%, and magic resistance reduced by 5/10/15%.

Loba, during her howl, gains 5/10/15% movement speed and enters a stance as she howls. She crosses her hook blades, ready to block and deflect any projectile that comes her way. Any projectile that dares come in contact with this stance will have it's full damage reduced by 50/70/90%. Basic Attacks against this ultimate still proc Bloodlust Fervor and Designated Target. Loba can still use abilities, and will go right back into stance after using them.

Loba's stance and howl last for 3/3.5/4 seconds.

Cooldown: 101 seconds.

Just trying to be helpful, from what I read it looks good. If you want to get views on your spotlights,

  • Put some formatting in
  • Bullet points are great for the abilities.

Put some stuff in bold, like titles of abilities

Stuff like that make it much easier to read.

Cleaned up the thread a bit and made a few drastic changes to the ultimate. Now is no longer global and has reduced effects.
