Practice Tool
I think it'd be cool if, when using the practice tool, you could play any champion. That way you can see if you like a champion before you buy them

Not a bad idea. I don't see a harm in it overall, as the player would still have to purchase the champion to play it. Though it kinda ruins the whole free rotation thing unless the player feels inclined to just use practice tool and then hop into the free rotation with the same champion.
