Converting RP to IP

I know this seems kinda dumb but i always end up with a little left over rp when i buy some. say around 60. i think it would be cool if you could convert rp to ip so you get a little more out of a purchase if you have extra or get you that much closer to getting that champion you really want. Just an idea that i think would be cool to have

if conversion is allowed, then runes would be accessible thru RP
