Riot should do something like an achievement system
If they did this it would give f2p players a chance to get rp and skins they want

How about not RP and Skins.. since we get free stuff in the chest system anyways..
and get x IP for new achievements..
"Superhero sidekick" - Assist 50+ times = 500 IP. (because it's hard to pull off 50 assists)
On one hand this sounds kinda fun and having achievement rewards would be nice, but on the other hand it might result in players playing to pursue particular achievements at the expense of actual gameplay.
Then again that might all depend on what sort of achievements they set- stat milestones might be fine but particular plays and the like could lead to trouble.
