Champ idea popped in my head

Daydreamed in class ( i know im so sorry) and i thoughtt of a concept for a champ, simular to kayle, but not quite.

This is a concept on a melee assassin who's kit revolves around ranged autos.

Lets call him bob, mainly cuz i have no champion name.

Passive-At All Costs: every auto does 0.5% extra health damage to your enemy, but each auto will cost HP to use. If a unit is killed, then the cost is refunded. Lifesteal items are only half as effective, but increases the bonus health damage given. Also, Bob's kit consumes hp and a special resource called focus. Focus works simular to energy, but will only recharge when not taking damage. (If you auto while not taking damage, Focus' regen time is cut in half.)

Q-spirit blades: Your next 5 autos turn into ranged, and while this is active, you gain 2x your normal attack speed ( cap of 5.0, like kog), and these autos will slow and impale enemies. However, if they are running towards you, the slow is weakened. These autos proc "At all costs", but the extra health damage done will proceed as 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, and 0.7. If you hit all 5 autos in succession, you get a small movement speed buff while these blades are stuck in the enemies body. Autoing the enemy while in melee form will remove the blades from the enemy, but will reduce this cooldown. Bob can hold onto 5 spirit blades at a time.

W-Land of the shadows: Bob has the ability to go into stealth for 1.5 seconds while inside a bush. This skill costs focus, but can be "linked" repeatedly, as long as he enters another bush before this skill ends. If bob enters at least 1 bush, he will then gain a small movement speed buff every time he is in stealth. The more consecutive times this is used, the more focus this ability costs. If bob uses "land of the shadows" at least once, then his next auto will deal bonus damage while slowwing the first enemy champion struck, depending on how much focus he has. The more focus, the more damage. Bob cannot weave through tthe same 2 bushes back and forth: he must weave through at minimum 3 bushes to keep "land of the shadows" active.

E-End of the Marked: Bob clicks on a champion with spirit blades impaled in him, and then pulls the selected champion halfway towards him. The more blades in the selected champion, the less amount of focus needed. After pulling, Bob has a choice of clicking once more, and pulling bob towards the selected champion. Once they are face to face, Bob's catapults off the enemy, and knocks the enemy slightly to Bobs previous location, while pushing bob towards the enemy's former location. After this skill has been used, Land of the shadows' stealth will last for 2.5 seconds, instead of the previous 1.5, in a window of 1.5 seconds. After End of the marked is used, all Spirit blades Bob has sent out returns to him.

R-The Wails of the Spirit: Bob's spirit blades spiral around him for 5 seconds, massivly slowing all champions hit, while knocking away minions. The more spirit blades bob has on him, the greater the damage and slow. Bob cannot use any abilities during this time, but has massivily increased movement speed and auto attack speed. All of Bob's autos during this time will slow slightly, but increases with each auto, to a cap. after 5 seconds, Bob's spirit blades will seek out enemy champions ( preferably 1 blade per champion), and stun each champion for 1 second for every spirit blade impaled into them, at a stun cap of 2.5 seconds. This ability does have an end range, however, and the second part can be dodged if far enough from Bob. Remember, you can only use this ability while you have your spirit blades.

So what do you think?
