We will likely never again have an opportunity for Victorious Viktor
Huge, huge missed opportunity in my opinion. I can only hope he's as much as a staple in next season's professional scene as he was in this one.

The only reason Viktor even really started to see play in the pro scene was because he was a good match up against 
. Now that he got 1 small nerf he's only been seen in worlds once or twice. Meanwhile Azir got several harsh nerfs and is still picked / banned quite frequently. Viktor should never get this over Azir because Azir was the only reason he was played in the first place.
If they made more than one a year this problem would be alleviated quite a bit.
Even let gold+ players pick one for free and buy the other(s) if they want.
If they gave it to Viktor people would bitch. If they gave it to Azir people would bitch. They gave it to Sivir, and everyone is bitching about that (quite rightfully; I wanted it to be Jinx and it'll be 4-5 years before ADC comes up again). This system is not working and needs to be rethought.
As much as I agree with you, Khaozix is right. I tottally might make a recolor and slight model changes to make a Victorious Viktor custom skin though though.
