so to start off, we have obviously the following uses for magic and technology in the world of runeterra Hextech (urgot, viktor, rumble, Blitzcrank (since he was built by viktor)) Magic (Maokai, Galio, blitzcrank, Rammus) however no one besides rumble is in direct control of what they created through magic or hextech crafting. Enter Mannequin the Grand Puppetieer

Role: Fighter/Mage (a unique combination not an either or)

Passive: Puppet Maestro (units controlled by Mannequin have higher stats than is normal for their kind as described by puppet strings ability in addition damage dealt to puppets is received by 6% this 6% reduction is instead damage dealt to Mannequin through the link he established to create the puppet, This passive is replaced during Puppet Master and replaced with the copied champions passive)

Q ability: Puppet strings (Mannequin magically binds a unit (any large jungle camp monster or lane minion) to himself as a puppet (cannot be another summoned unit or epic unit) the unit must be below % health to be successfully bound and revives after death with 100% health and has 40% of Mannequins stats added to their own for the duration, non-champion units affected persist for 10 seconds (minions) or 20 seconds (large monster) recasting the ability moves the puppet or causes them to attack

Q Passive: Many faces (Mannequin grants the camp monster bonus effects based on its size and type ((using the fact that nunu has an ability that defines jungle camp monster types))

Animal (murkwoves and Razorbeaks): Puppet gains the same number of minions it had as a camp "boss" and attacks in unison with them

Elemental (Brambleback, Krug, Blue Sentinel) Puppets attacks deal splash damage and cause their targets cooldowns (if any) to increase by 2 seconds per hit (does not affect abilities not on cooldown)

Undead (wraiths) puppet lowers the resistances of nearby enemy units but is unable to attack or be attacked (wraiths are incorporeal beings)

Other (Minions) Boosts the attack speed of nearby allied minions (friendly minion) or will switch teams (enemy minion): Special (Siege minions) Enemy siege minions will convert nearby minions with less than 25% health to your team for the duration and fill a portion of their health bar up to 50%, Allied siege minions will instead auto target the closest enemy champion and force all allied minions to attack until it leaves range (Risky) allied and enemy are taken into consideration before the target is affected by the ability so a converted enemy remains an enemy but attacks its own team (Red minions fight red minions vice versa)

W ability: All Strung up (Mannequin targets two points and strings puppeteers wires between them tightly, the first enemy unit passing between the two points takes damage and snaps the wires dealing reduced damage in circles around the points holding the wires

E ability: Controlled chaos (Requires a puppet to use) Mannequin sends his puppet into a suicidal rage that causes it to attack a targeted enemy till either it or its target die, upon death the puppet explodes dealing damage equal to 50% of its max health (25% vs minions and monsters)

R Ability: Puppet Master (Mannequin vanishes from the battlefield after selecting an allied or enemy champion and is replaced by a puppet version of them (using his own statistics and items and ranks in corresponding abilities) killing the champion the puppet is made to resemble ends the ability as does recasting the ability (allies only). If the champion the puppet resembles is slain by the puppet the ability persists until that champion respawns (Enemies only). the puppet remains until 30 seconds have passed if neither of the above conditions are met at which point mannequin is unable to control the puppet any longer. Lastly the puppet cannot use the ultimate of the impersonated champion as puppets are not able to fully replicate those they resemble Also abilities that require "Stacks" are replicated with half of the copied champions current stacks in that ability. IE: Nasus with 200 stacks Puppet nasus with 100 stacks ect.
