[Champion Concept] - Valiya - The Undead Voodoo Priestess [With IP Waiver for Riot]

Now that that's out of the way, let's get to the actual champion concept.
Valiya - The Voodoo Priestess
Lore: As a young child of Ionia, Valiya an already adept mage, became the apprentice of Karma. Under Karma's tutelage, she honed her skills and became one of the most talented mages in all of Ionia. During the Noxian siege, she became enamored with one of the Noxian soliders, Draven. She watched from afar as he effortlessly cut men down with his axes, without hesitation. His flair for the dramatic quickly had her swooning.
After the Noxian retreat, Valiya left her childhood home to travel to Noxus to try to win Draven's heart, defying her mentor's wishes and robbing her blind to pay for the trip. She stayed as close to Draven as possible. She was at every execution and marveled at Draven's attention to detail and his ability to draw a crowd. She had gone from a pacifist who abhorred violence, to someone who actively endorsed it, just for a chance to see her beloved.
Draven, however, never returned her affection. He was far too obsessed with his own glory to waste time with the childish and weak notions of romance. Scorned, Valiya exiled herself to the mountains of Noxus, plotting her revenge. After a chance encounter with the vampire, Vladimir, Valiya soon became enamored with the art of blood magick, a practice outlawed in her native Ionia. Vladimir, enamored with her, took her under his wing, and she learned much under the hemomancer.
Valiya was far too obsessed with revenge against Draven to ever acknowledge, let alone return, Vladimir's affection. The two soon parted ways, with Vladimir choosing to join the league. Having heard the stories of Kalista, Valiya ventured to the Shadow Isles. She continued to study hemomancy and witchcraft. One day, while experimenting with blood magic, Valiya cast a spell allowing her to shed her mortal coil completely to continue to perfect her craft for all eternity.
Valiya, now an immortal, proceeded to broker a deal with Kalista, to enact revenge on Draven. Lacking a soul for the binding, she instead offered her magic to give Kalista Draven's soul when the time came. Kalista agreed and the two have been a formidable team ever since.

Passive - Blood Ritual When a champion is damaged by Valiya, Valiya heals for 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% of the damage dealt. When Valiya scores a kill or assist with a Blood Magick empowered ability, she restores 50% of her missing health over 7 seconds.
[Q] - Voodoo Doll
Valiya creates a voodoo doll of an enemy champion (displays an indicator over that champion). Whenever Valiya takes damage from an enemy champion, the champion who is bound by the Voodoo doll, takes 1%/2.5%/4%/5.5%/7% of the damage Valiya receives as magic damage. Valiya may only have 1 Voodoo doll active at a time. If Valiya dies with the Voodoo Doll is active, the doll is destroyed dealing magic damage to that champion.

[W] - Hands From the Grave Valiya creates a path of spectral hands reaching up from the underworld for 5 seconds, dealing physical damage and slowing all enemies who through it for 5 seconds.

[E] - Salt the Earth Valiya poisons a 1000-radius area for 10 seconds. Enemies inside the area have reduced attack speed and are damaged by the poison every second and continue to take magic damage for 3 seconds upon leaving the area.

[R] - Blood Magick Valiya uses her own life essence to empower her next spell cast within 10 seconds.
- Health Cost: 30% of current health
- Cooldown: 60s/50s/40s
- Similar to Karma R
*[Q] - Bloodbound Voodoo Doll * Voodoo Doll duration is doubled and damage dealt when Valiya is damaged is increased to 10%/15%/20%.
[W] - Hungered Hands (hands go from blue-ish green-ish shadow isles color to a reddish tint) Upon casting, champions in the area are knocked up for 1.0s. The duration of the path is doubled, attacks hit every 0.4/0.3/0.2 seconds (rather than 0.5s), and enemies who remain in the path for 3 seconds are rooted for 1/1.5/2 seconds.
[E] - Bloodied Battlefield Allied champions inside the area gain 10%/15%/20% bonuses to all healing effects (healing, health regen, lifesteal, spellvamp) while enemy champions in the area have all of their healing effects reduced by 20%/30%/40%.
Valiya's kit offers viable solo-lane and support roles.
As a support, Voodoo Doll would allow for excellent procing of the spellthief's edge passive. The slow on Hands from the Grave aids her ADC's ability to chase/escape, while the Hungered Hands empowerment offers both a knockup and a root along with it for a huge cost. Salt the Earth's attack speed reduction will aid her carry in being able to out trade the enemy, with the Bloodied Battlefield empowerment improving her team's sustain and reducing the sustain of her opponents.
As a solo laner, her passive rewards her for poking the enemy champion as well granting her some health from when her opponent damages her (%age of damage inflicted by Voodoo doll). Both Hands from the Grave and Salt the Earth offer decent farming tools as well as helping to set the stage for jungle ganks. Her E also aids in zoning out the enemy and makes laning stage a bit harder for the enemy.
