If Brand ever gets a VU in the far future, make his Cryocore skin encase enemy in ice if he stuns

If he uses his Q on an burning enemy, rather than just your typical stun animation, have them be encased in ice as though Sejuani his them with her R.

Self-explanatory really, and I doubt it'd take up that much time if you're doing a VU anyways (when you get started that is).

I may not own that particular skin nor do I regularly main him in Ranked for obvious reasons. But if Brand ever becomes competitive, I wouldn't mind getting that skin for him.

Same goes for other champions this may be relevant to. Like if gets a VU, her Mafia skin oughta get Gangster Twitch's projectile instead of the gigantic balls of lead she fires out.
