Xova, The Formidable Storm

I obviously put a decent bit of thought into this. Bear in mind, the champion only "snowballs" if played cautiously (the calm before the storm..) Let me know what you think! Maybe he could be like a tank type champion or played APC.

Xova, the Formidable Storm

Passive: Permanently gain +1 Speed for each enemy ability that hits you. Additionally, gain +1% speed for 2 seconds when hit by a basic attack, stacking up to 10 times.

Q (12 second cooldown): Shoot a frost spike in target direction that pierces through enemies and shield abilities and deals [60,75,90,105,120] magic damage. Slowed enemies hit by Q are stunned. Being hit by an enemy ability resets the cooldown of Q. (Level up -> increased range [600,650,700,750,800], increased damage) W: Disperse into an untargettable mist for 3 seconds that temporarily blinds those caught inside. Reappear at target location within the mist when finished. (Level up -> reduced cooldown [22,20,18,16,14]) E: Release a cone of freezing wind that deals [40,50,60,70,80] magic damage and slows enemies for 3 seconds. (Level up -> increased damage, increased slow [10%,20%,30%,40%,50%]) R (120 second cooldown): Spin for 3 seconds, becoming immune to incoming abilities and deflecting them back at the caster. Being hit by a basic attack reduces the cooldown by 1 second. (Level up -> increased cooldown reduction when hit by a basic attack [1,2,3])

Q damage coefficient: +.3 AP ratio and +.6 Movement Speed ratio (of Current Speed minus 300) E damage coefficient: +.2 AP ratio and +.4 Movement Speed ratio (of Current Speed minus 300)
