Evelynn's E stops auto-attacks and shouldn't..

It's pretty self-explanatory. Her kit is about where it should be and flows well, but her E stops auto-attacks once you use it, and she just stands there and doesn't continue attacking the target (unless you were right-click attacking like a maniac, which is understandable :P).

Please investigate! It just doesn't feel right and fluid. It's rather choppy.
