【Si Lian】 - 【死亡莲花】 - 【The Death Lotus】

So there’s a backdrop to the beautiful, yet dangerous Si Lian. Born to the Royalty of the Lotus family, Si Lian’s family held power over much of Ionia’s resources. She - herself - became used as a weapon, because of her beauty, killing countless important figures and seducing her way to many of the royal families. However, one day, she was tasked with killing her own sister - thought to be believed that she was a traitor. Si Lian was reluctant to kill her and when she struck her sister, she fainted along with her. Si Lian awoke next to her and she grabbed her sister’s fan. Written on it, 我爱我的小妹妹。(I love my youngest sister.) Si Lian awoke with a new burning resolve - to destroy the hierarchy that controlled her. No longer would she be a puppet to the Death Lotus - but she, herself would be, The Death Lotus of Ionia. Role: Assassin

Withering Steps 【Passive】 Si Lian’s cooldown reduction decreases as she gains movement above her base speed. 【(CDR %)= [(Bonus Movement Speed+Base Movement Speed)-(Base Movement Speed)]/5】 Si Lian’s poison does double damage if enemies have crowd control effects on them.

Impaling Fan【Q】【Skillshot】【25/30/33/33/33 energy】[12/11/10/9/8 sec CD] 700m Si Lian throws a poisoned fan (regardless if she has Poison Edge or not also note the poison does not stack with Poison Edge but rather it refreshes the duration of the poison), impaling the first enemy and causing them to move slower for 1 second. If Si Lian can basic attack the enemy within 2 seconds- the cooldown of the fan is reduced by 5 seconds. If Si Lian uses “Lotus Blossom” and hits her target, Impaling fan’s cooldown is reset. Each of the cooldowns can only occur once within 20 seconds but can be used together. Lotus Blossom cannot reset Impaling Fan twice despite the fact it can be activated twice.

Whirling Death【W】【Area of Effect】【40/45/50/55/60 energy】16/15/14/13/12 sec CD] 675m radius Si Lian throws her fans to a designated area - repeatedly pressing W will make her fans spin multiple times, increasing in damage and damaging all enemies. After 2 seconds of not repeatedly pressing the key again will cause Whirling Death to go into cooldown. If Si Lian moves too far from her fans, they will return to her.

Poison Edge 【E】【Active】【6/7/8/9/10 energy per hit】[no cooldown] [self cast] Passive: Li Sian recovers energy on basic attacks and recovers 25% of all used energy after casting Whirling Death.
Active: Li Sian coats her blades with poison - giving her next basic attack the ability of dealing extra magic damage over time. The poison DoT is based off of her level.

Lotus Leap 【R】【Targeted Skill】【100/100/100 energy】[90/75/60 sec CD] 700m Si Lian dashes towards her enemy, slowing them. Pressing R again will cause Si Lian to kick her enemy towards the direction of the cursor for 500 m. If Si Lian does not kick her enemy, she instead gains half of her energy back and the cooldown is reduced by 30 seconds.
