Changing Arclight Vel'koz's passive indicator

Being a 1350 skin I think his passive indicator should also be changed, especially with the glorious ringing sound that accompanies getting all three proc's on a target.

As we see with Arclight Varus, the Arclight theme is tied heavily with being seraphic or on a higher plane of existence (floating city, bright light and halo-shaped structures).

So changing Arclight Vel'koz's passive to a halo ring would be a cool thematic change and I believe it would suit him well. I'm not very good at art but I made a concept of what i think his passive in this skin should look like.

the only issue is, Riot might use the same excuse for keeping it the same as his default as they did with Braum, and look at how long it was for them to change their minds about it.

But personally, they need to change the passive indicators on the 1350 skins.

It's just a lot easier to keep it the same on Vel'koz though. The passive indicator is easy to read as the triangle for both the player and their opponents. If we make it a ring there's one problem with rings; the big gaping hole in the center that distracts attention.
