Soooooo....we gonna get anymore 'lower tier' or 'Over due' skins?

Popular champs are gonna get more skins than other champs? Understandable. (As much as I hate it, I understand it.)

Yeah I know I'm gonna sound like hundreds of other people I've seen voice this same opinion but I wanna add my voice to that crowd for a moment. THERE ARE A LOT OF CHAMPS OVER DUE FOR A SKIN!! [cass-cry] (And yeah I know there have been some that have gotten them like Rumble, Jarvan, Swain and what not) But there's a few champs out there that you can do several things too!

Take Vel'koz for example! Do you know how many freaken Eye of Sauron jokes I have heard about him!? Falcon Shield even made a reference to it in one of their songs!! (Btw great band) How epic would it be to give Vel'koz a infernal skin?! Floating eye of Sauron, boom, done. New skin, could be epic or lower if you wanted, you decide Riot. What about that NPC version we saw of Vel'koz and Kha'zix in the Star Guardian events? Those sickly green versions of themselves, You could finally give the Star Guardians an enemy to fight! How about a Frjelord skin?? Make him look like the Watchers Rune...icon...logo...crest? You know what I mean. It'd be cool to see a frosty version of Vel'koz. Maybe a Halloween one where you turn him into a giant floating flaming Jack-o-lantern with giant vines for his tentacles? Shooting fire everywhere. Heck I think it would have been really easy to make a pool party skin for him, turn him into a giant float raft or maybe make him into a cartoon squid or something??

How about a Morgana or Ornn skin? I know Ornn hasn't been out as long as other champs but I'm sure there's someone amazing you can think of for him. Sion? Lissandra? Kassadin? Xerath? Nocturne? Camille?

I'm well aware that your priority is to make skins that people wanna buy, hence why you'd focus more on champs that are picked all the time, but give the little guys some new looks too! [sg-shisa]
