[Champion Concept] Vashta - The Dishonored General

Vashta - Dishonored General

A disgraced warrior from the past, self-exiled from his people, Vashta promised never to directly take up a blade again. However, he has no qualms about leading others in their quest for glory.

Vashta is not at all an offensive character, and in one on one fights he struggles - mostly because he refuses to directly hurt people. Instead, The Dishonored General focuses heavily on pushing his lane (and preventing his enemy from doing the same)

Passive - Area of Influence. all minion kills and assists in a nearby area count as kills and assists by this champion. Minions in a 200 unit radius around him gain 10 points of attack damage for every 100 AD that Vashta has. Items with an on-hit effect (with exception) apply at a lower level. Lifesteal applies first to minions and then to Vashta (an example is the 8% from doran's blade would apply 4% to every minion within Vashta's sphere of influence, and for every minion attack he would gain 4% of the damage done as life steal)

Vashta can not attack his opponents, but may "basic attack" his allies to heal them for 10% of his attack damage.

Q) March order Passive - increases Vashta's movement speed by 10/15/20/25/30% and gives 1/3rd of his current movement speed to all Minions in his area of influence

active - Vashta causes every minion within his area of influence to target what he's activated it on

W) Defensive Order passive - Increases Vashta's armor and magic resist by 5/10/15/20/25 and increases minion's armor and magic resist in his area of influence for the same amount.

active - Vashta throws up a shield total to his armor (draining the original amount to zero during its duration) around an ally or turret (can not be self cast)

E) Sacrificial Code passive - Minions within Vashta's sphere of influence have a 10/20/30/40/50% chance to explode once killed, for 100/125/150/175/200% of his attack damage. this explosion is 75 unites wide.

R) Calvary's Call

Passive - increases the attack speed of the turret Vashta is currently under by 10/15/20% and grants it 8/12/16% life steal

Area of Influence does not apply to towers

active - temporarily doubles all other passives and summons a super minion with the baron buff. it does not stack or transfer to other minions.

the passive component for this ability is lost while it is on cooldown.
