Vlanikov the Guardian of History A Soldier for a secret society that lives in the Freljord. He has trained since childhood to protect the secrets of the library and the artifacts room. His people have watched over these things for years, hoping the dark secrets of ancient powers would never be learned by evil. Vlanikov joined the league after his long rivalry against Wilhelm, when Wilhem joined the league himself. Vlanikov swore his rival would never get away and would pay for his crimes against his people. Passive: Bolt Action: Vlanikov must reload after every shot, Vlanikov does .20 ratio of his AD in damage, can build attack speed to reduce reload speed
Q- Malatov:Vlanikov throws a malatov cocktail burning an area on the ground any champs that step in it take damage for as long as they are in it. After they leave the zone they will still burn for 4 seconds. 10 second cooldown. W- Going Prone:Vlanikov can go prone increasing his range but making him immobile until he turns the ability off, 2 second cooldown E-Military rations: Vlanikov takes some rations to feel better increasing his health regen for 6 seconds, 14 second cooldown R- Ooorah:Vlanikov gains zeal gaining increased move speed, attack speed, armor, and magic resist for the motherland. 80 second cooldown.
Wilhelm the Mad Doctor A mad man who has spent his years in piltover trying to hide his ill mind. Wilhelm has experimented on many innocents of piltover praying on the homeless or lonely. He had been also researching different sources of knowledge that he could tap into and get the info he would need to create the perfect toxin or even medicine. Wilhelm's mind keeps going further and further off the deep end, but in that time he found what he wanted a rumor about an ancient library filled with books of old medicines, magics, even history. Wilhelm got a crew together to go to find the library and find all the knowledge he could ever need. Him and his group met some people on the way to the library and they did not agree with Wilhem seeing it even after being bribed and threatened. Wilhem getting closer and closer to insanity refused to give up and decided to fight for the secrets. All in all it was a failure he had to leave and go back to piltover and after a while decided to join the league out of pure morbid curiosity. Passive:Mad Science: When Wilhem uses his combat syringes he will be given a lesser version of the effect used.
Q-Gas Grenade: All enemies in the zone take damage and are slowed. 5 second cooldown. W-Adrenline syringe: Can be used on Wilhem or allies and it heals the target and increases their attack speed for 3 seconds. When used on Wilhem due to passive he is healed for 5% of his total hp as well, instead of taking lesser healing. 6 second cooldown. E-Vile syringe: Wilhem throws are syringe at an enemy champion or minion dealing damage over time and causing the target to take lesser healing by 15% for 4 seconds. 12 second cooldown. R-Field Triage: Wilhem puts down a medical tent that heals near by allies. The field triage can be destroyed after being him three times. Lasts 10 seconds. 100 second cooldown.
Vana the Spirit Mage Vana was a little happy yordle who loved spending her time chit chatting with her friends. Well her and a few friends decided to go sailing and didn't matter where they went it was all about fun and adventure. Something wrong happened on the trip though they got caught in a storm near a dark and uninvited island and one tragic thing led to another, they lost their ship to the depths, they got stuck in the ocean just to thrown to shore on an unknown land and worst of all they got split up without food or water. Vana, scared, alone, and hungry began to search the island for her friends in the night. She waded through the dark eerie forest. Lost and beginning to really feel starved she ran into a hut with a light coming from the door out in a clearing in the woods. Vana unable to think of any better answer then to see who lived in the hut and see if they had some food they could spare for her to eat decided to got in. Vana popped her head in past the hanging grass door. All she saw was a table with some food and a candle on it. The food smelled so good and made her mouth water just thinking about eating it. Being cautious she checked the hut up and down for someone. After looking for a while she came to the thought that she was alone and decided she would eat the food and if someone did come she would just explain herself. As she began to eat she heard a laughter come from outside the hut. She slowly continuing to eat looked out the window and all she saw were dark eyes that just barely glowed in the darkness of the night. Before her eyes rain began to fall slowly building into a great storm. The eyes got closer until she could see a face. A withered old man reached his hand out and touched the ledge of the window. "Hungry child? Good, eat your going to need it with the next days to come laughs maniacally" says the old man as he disappears deeper into the woods. Vana decided she would eat the food then run. After she ate she would have the strength to carry on and get to her friends. She finished her food and grabbed some grass fan from the bed lying in the corner of the hut and used it as a makeshift umbrella. Vana began to wonder further and further into the forest becoming more and more lost as she got deeper. She was lost and it was in a down pour with no one in sight to come find and save her from the dark, rainy, and eerie island that has taken her captive. Vana tired and alone eventually just laid down in the mud with her grass fan covering her head and fell asleep. Vana would awake to the old withered man standing above he in the dark eerie forest. "Give in child, I have come to make you mine and give you a new life, one as eerie as this forest" says the old man with a grin on his face and an extend arm to reach for Vana's hand. Vana unwilling to give up got up slapping the hand of the old man out of her face. She dusted herself off and began to wonder once again into the forest. For several days Vana would spend her time looking but never finding her friends and once again the rains would start and she woud be stuck in it. Vana leaning of death from starvation found herself lying in the mud again waiting for the pain to end. Out from the darkness of the woods once again the old man would show his face. Without a would he would reach his hand out to hers. Vana fading into the unknown and fighting to keep her eyes open reached out almost unable to grab the old man's hand. Just as their hands touched Vana felt a surge of energy burst through her body. Her soul began to lift from her body she began to fight back and try to stay in her body but it was too late she was too weak to fight anymore. Just as she thought she would lose her life her body and soul rejoined but her body was almost invisible like......a ghost. "screams What.... what happened to me" said Vana with shock on her face to the old man. "This be the beginin to a new friendship and me training you in the magics of soul manipulation, child" said the old man with a huge grin. For a few years Vana would train in the magics and would hone her skills. One day her trainer would get too old and would be on the brink of death himself. "Live on child and take my gift with you" said the old man as he faded into death. Vana would decide to leave the island after building a boat. Vana found herself lucky not needing of food or water in her new form, never hungry never thirsty. Vana would travel the world going to many areas in a white robe with light blue trim to hide her form from the outside world. Vana would eventually be noticed by the league and with interest in adventure would join. Passive:Banshee Wail: Every time Vana casts and hits with a spirit ability she gets a stack to her Banshees Wail, after collecting 4 stacks she will let out a ghastly wail fearing all near by enemies for 2 seconds.
Q-Spirit Blast: Vana casts a blast of spirit magic in a straight line and if the projectile hits the target is pushed back,if pushed into a wall the enemy will simply phase through the wall. 6 second cooldown. W-Spirit armor: When cast for 8 seconds Vana gains a boost to magic resist and armor, when the armor fades if Vana was hit she gains a point to her passive. 12 second cooldown. E-Spirit Focus: Vana focuses her spirit magic into her hands, her next basic attack deals extra damage based on ability power and slows the enemy. 6 second cooldown. R-Spirit Bomb: Vana shoots a huge spirit bomb that when hits a target explodes and hits all near by enemies, giving a stack to her passive for every target hit by the bomb. 65 second cooldown.
