Annie Support

I have noticed a lot of people like to Annie support so I have an idea to make her a bit more useful as a support.

Annie's E: Give a target ally a Molten Shield instead. I am sure riot can find a way to balance this like ally only getting half the stat buff or ally getting the shield for a reduced time duration.

Annie's W: Putting a fire under them.... Annie hits an ally or allies with her W giving a small movement buff.

Keep in mind this is all just an idea and not something I expect to be something that comes true but maybe something that gives ideas.
