Female Engineer Concept

Now I know Riot has been looking into a way to make a Hextech Engineer and I thought I would take a stab at it, and here is a gameplay concept that I had in mind.

Uses a ranged weapon that is a Tesla Coil Staff Passive- Electro Core-The engineer is using armor with an electric core that builds energy giving the engineer charges to assist in abilities, some of the charges from Electro Core can be used on a siege minion once every 90-120 secs to give the siege minion a boost in damage, speed, and armor lasting until the minion is dead. Q-Discharge-The engineer uses the staff to discharge charges built up over time shooting a a long thin cone of lightning in front on them W-Reactive Armor- Puts a shield on an ally or self, if the target with the shield is hit the target heals for a %hp based on the damage to the shield E-Electro Domain-The engineer puts down the Tesla Coil Staff into the ground causing a field that damages enemies who enter it and charge allies with energy making their attacks deal bonus magic damage, damage dealt to enemies and bonus magic damage is based on the amount of charges in the Electro core, in the mean time of the Tesla Coil Staff being in the ground the engineer uses a pipe wrench R-Shock to the System-The engineer uses the Tesla Coil Staff to charge a defibrillator kit and revives an allied champion

I was looking in the boards a little and saw some other content and got the idea to flesh it out a bit more. Now keep in mind I don't want to feel this is set in stone due to me not actually being a game designer that some of these stats could always be changed to better suit the idea for this character in game.

Uses a ranged weapon that is a Tesla Coil Staff HP:525-1680 Mana:500-1600 Attack Range:540 Armor:26-74 Magic Resist:28-65 Move Speed:325

Passive- Electro Core-The engineer is using armor with an electric core that builds energy giving the engineer charges to assist in abilities, some of the charges from Electro Core can be used on a siege minion once every 120-90 secs to give the siege minion a boost in damage, speed, and armor lasting until the minion is dead.
Q-Discharge-cooldown(12-8 seconds)-The engineer uses the staff to discharge charges built up over time shooting a a long thin cone of lightning in front on them dealing magic damage

W-Reactive Armor-cooldown(10-6 seconds)- Puts a shield on an ally or self, if the target with the shield is hit the target heals for a %hp based on the damage to the shield E-Electro Domain-cooldown(14-8 seconds)-The engineer puts down the Tesla Coil Staff into the ground causing a field that deals magic damage to enemies who enter it and charge allies with energy making their attacks deal bonus magic damage, damage dealt to enemies and bonus magic damage is based on the amount of charges in the Electro core, in the mean time of the Tesla Coil Staff being in the ground the engineer uses a pipe wrench R-Shock to the System-(120-80 seconds)-The engineer uses the Tesla Coil Staff to charge a defibrillator kit and revives an allied champion

Cold critique incoming. The staff sounds like jayce's tesla cannon; the armor stacking pushes it into malph/ramus like and the banner of command section of the passive isn't helpful; W is a remake of Galio's with armor; E could be done/explained better; the Ulti is just boring. I would probably be easier on this if there was a personality tied into it. I know its not set in stone, but its something to think about.

don't worry about it, ive also been putting some thought into CeeCee-like character so I just wanted to help out.

In the early stages of design, Braum was actually a female (hextech) engineer named Cece

this was a bit confusing until I hit the ulti, then it made sense. are they still melee when in the tank though?
