So..... Heartseeker Teemo?

So a friend of mine showed me this cute picture he found of teemo in a cupid outfit (I'm gonna see if I can find it again) and I figured: why isn't this already a thing? So here's my Idea about how it could work if it were made.

Possible effects/animations His blowdart gun could be replaced with a tiny bow and arrow Q: his new blinding dart could be shooting a glowing pink arrow with maybe a star guardian type light effect W: Instead of running, he'd just start hovering around with tiny little cupid wings R: For his ult, instead of placing down mushrooms, he could throw out one of those candy heart things, but bigger Recall: His recall animation could be either him just slowly flying away with his tiny wings, or him sailing away on a little pink cloud So what do you think? Is this Idea good? (and yes, I know, we're to close to valentines day for this to be a made this year. I was thinking about next year.)
