So Zac

So I was looking over the store when I realized that out of the 123 champions league has, only 5 of them have one additional skin. Four of those 5 were released in 2014, while one of them was released in 2012. This one champion is Zac. Now I do not play Zac, and I think this issue has been brought up before, but it makes no sense how Zac shouldn't have an additional skin by now. I'd honestly be more interested to play him if he had a cooler skin. Special Weapon Zac doesn't seem to different from his base skin, just a recoloring of the original. Can any rioters comment on a Zac skin in progress or something? Or thought of one?
