Dae'Mon, The Void Overseer

STATS HP|580+82 H5|5+.8 MP|325+30 M5|5+.5 AD|55+3 AS|.6+4 AR|24+4 MR|30+0.5 MS|340 RG|125

Passive: Void Blood Dae'Mon deals 5-35 bonus Magic Damage On-Hit, increased by up to 100% based on his Missing Health. 20% max threshold. Lifesteal effects are 20-50% less effective against Dae'Mon

Q: 7th Limb | CD 16 | Cost 80 | Range 650 Passive: Dae'Mon attacks with his tail as well every other basic attack dealing an additional 10/15/20/25/30 (+7.5% Ability Power) true damage.

Active: Dae'Mon shoots out his tail and pulls all enemies hit 200 units toward himself. Deals 40/70/100/130/150 (+150% Bonus Attack Damage) physical damage to all enemies hit and grounds them for 1.5 seconds.

W: Displace | CD 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 | Cost 50/55/60/65/70 | Dash Range 300/325/350/375/400 Dae'Mon charges his next attack with energy, causing it to deal 5/10/15/20/25 (+25/30/35/40/45% Bonus Attack Damage) bonus Physical Damage and slow the target by 70/75/80/85/90% for 1 second, afterwards Dae'Mon grants himself a shield for 40/70/100/130/160 (+30% Ability Power) lasting 3 seconds, after the shield expires or breaks Dae'Mon can recast within 2 seconds to dash a short distance using his tail.

E: Eldritch Blast | CD 12/11.75/11.5/11.25/11 | Cost 30 | Range 600-900 Dae'Mon throws out a bolt of energy, stopping at the first unit hit and dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+20% Ability Power) Magic Damage. Holds up to 3 charges. 0.3 cooldown between casts. Basic Attacks lower the cooldown by 1 second. If Dae'Mon casts this twice within 2 seconds then the next cast within 2 seconds is empowered.

Empowered Eldritch Blast: Dae'Mon throws out an empowered bolt of energy dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+50% Ability Power) Magic Damage to all enemies hit, traveling 300 units farther and stopping at the first champion hit knocking them back 100-300 units depending on how far the bolt traveled.

R: Primal Fury | CD 120/100/80 | Cost 100 | Movespeed Champion Range 2,000 For 6/7/8 seconds Dae'Mon's basic attacks count as 2 separate attacks and he gains 25 attack range and +20/25/30% movement speed while moving toward champions. Duration is increased by 2/3/4 seconds on champion kill.

Passive: Dae'Mon gains 20/30/40% bonus Attack Speed

DISCLAIMER Technically this champion is designed for a completely different universe, where the "Void"(or closest thing to it anyway) is actually the Abyss. But i changed some names to make him fit into LoL. The other universe is just consisting of champions which I have designed for now, and I'm not even going to be posting all of them here to be honest. Trying to more or less lay the framework for a new MOBA, one where the Designers would actually stay in touch with the main player-base, not just pros. Wouldn't make certain champions get all the attention. Try to balance it all out. Ya know, the good stuff. Right now it is coming along fairly well, just text at the moment but interesting ideas are being thought up. Having alternating minion waves of back-line mages or archers(physical or magic waves), danger zones in the jungle(4 different types of random spawning Epic Monsters basically, with a warning before they spawn, each offering unique buffs, making "random" team-fights happen), new "summoner" spells like Repair which can be cast on a tower, 5 different tower types, new consumable items like Escape Powder and Kibble, game-time scaling consumables. Lots of cool stuff. No freaking CS denial like DOTA though, screw that. So far there are basically 12 factions and 55 Champions(including this one). And some base lore. The lore is kind of weird because it basically states that OUR dimension was opened up and we can interact with them, they can't enter our dimension, but they can be more or less controlled by us and forced to do things. We transport them into a form of mirror dimension and use them, so their world is unaffected by the battles we make them do. We are basically evil gods to them. The lore includes us -the players- more or less. In the Lore he would be one of 4 Greater Ancients. Once I'm done I will have........ a lot of worthless electric paper. But Nasu is slowly working on coding some form of MOBA, so this could be a thing some day. I have hope.

If anybody wants the full Universe Lore then feel free to ask I guess. All names are somewhat placeholders, as I might change them in the future. Some things might be familiar when comparing to League, but that's mainly due my champions having been designed to fit into the LoL Universe.

Dae'Mon is essentially a Master Yi type champion, but without the invulnerable Q or slow immune R, and CC in the kit. Abilities are pretty different but the builds would be similar and the playstyle would be pretty close once you get mid-game. However he is more adjusted for Top-lane rather than jungle. Going Cull could even be a possibility... yeah Cull is never good. When building Dae'Mon you can either go on-hit, AP, or AD. On-Hit: Recommended build, this offers good sustain with Wit's + BotRK and exceptional damage. AP: This can be a decent poke or safety build, giving him a good shield and letting his E deal a lot of damage. AD: This is his bursty build, leaving him very squishy but making him deal insane damage very quickly. His Q has an incredible AD ratio and his W's bonus damage can crit, so a potential 90-101.25% bonus AD scaling damage added on your crit.

It's my bias that true damage shouldn't be on basic attacks...but that's just because Vayne straight up has too much of it, and I know I'm being a ninny about it.

Seems balanced enough. Strange that you cant dash until after your shield breaks, but it definitely keeps up the counterplay of just stunlocking him near the end of his shield. Love the adaptability in his kit that allows him to quite possibly even go full hybrid and manage acceptable stats - something even other mixed damage champions such as Kayle and KogMaw still can't quite do properly.

Small little nit pick thing on the exact post. Can you replace the stat name acronyms with the full names please? Somebody who doesn’t know what “H5” or “RG” is (like me lol), might get confused and would say something that is wrong because they made an incorrect guess/assumption.

First of all I love this design and the artwork that you chose to use as an example of the champion’s model. I could easily imagine the abilities working when using that artwork as the “base”.

On a lore standpoint I love the direction you (and/or whoever else is working on this with you) went in. Having a mirror dimension with important details, like champion revivals, and having it be a part of the lore will make much more sense to players when they see that they respawn. This mirror dimension is the perfect place to “contain” problematic champions and if this is ever turned into an actual MOBA then this is something that can set the game apart from League without having to copy big parts of it.

If you haven’t already done this: I would recommend making a champ or a gamemode based on this “mirror dimension”. For the champion route, this champ can have an ability (most likely the ultimate) that makes it shift into this mirror dimension, the damage output of this champ changes based whatever dimension he/she is in. original dimension has him deal physical damage even if he is building items that increase magic damage, alternate dimension lets this champ deal magic damage (even if this champ is actually building AD). I’m imagining this champ to be very much like a trickster that is more like Zoe, Neeko and even Yuumi rather than a Shaco type of trickster.
