A Juggernauty item concept by Doom

I just kinda had an idea for a juggernaut item that was more defensive in nature. The idea is it encourage a more "come at me bro" playstyle that juggers would want. Since tanks usually want to engage they wouldn't want it and divers need to well dive. Anyhow

Item Name Doom's Sigil

550 HP 45 AD 10% CDR

Build path item 3133 item 3067 total gold 3125

Unique active Taunt all nearby enemies, is not usable if you have moved 750 units in the last 3 seconds. For each enemy champion taunted reduce the cooldown by 35% up to a maximum of 70% CD 135 seconds Unique passive Gain an increasing amount of HP and AD for being within 1500-2500 (scaling with level) units of an enemy champion and not dealing damage to them. Up to 1250 HP and 75 AD. This bonus does not fade while in combat and will increase exponentially for each nearby enemy champion. Unique passive 10% CDR

Just kind of "This is probably broken stat stick that everyone will get but I thought it was neat"
