RECIPE; + + 750 gold => 2270 gold STATS 45 MR 10% CDR 100% base mana regenration Unique : 9% Healing and Shielding power **Unique Passive **_ ˝Consecration ˝_ : Upon shielding or healing an ally(or allies) who are below 35% HP ,grants them a shield that blocks 24(+2 per lvl) magic damage that decays over 1 second.It has 3 second cooldown.

NOTES / TRIVIA The _Consecration _ passive increases with healing and shielding power from other sources. The 9% Healing and Shielding does not effect the shield value of Consecration . Consecration was the name of Soraka's first passive which increased nearby allies MR by a flat amount. Consecration refers to the action of making or declaring something, typically a church, sacred.

One other thing, there isn't enough mana regeneration that isn't tied to cdr. I'd like to see mana regeneration without the cdr but I understand how important cdr is for healers and shielders. This is why I think the combination of cdr and strong mana regeneration is too much for this particular item.

It will be built on every champ with a shield or heal every game, while I think you wanted the focus of this item to be on its magic damage shield and not the passive stats.

Well. this is another item that i'd hate to purchase if it is powerful.

but i guess it does have synergy with low agency champions like soraka. So ok.

I highly dislike any support item intended for Enchanters or Wardens that does not have AP or at least HP. This item gives champions an added shield to put on allies while entirely neglecting to amp up the champion's own kit. The goal of items should not be to replace and standardize champion's kits but rather to enhance them. With items like this that scale freely per level, same as Redemption and Locket, you can straight up play Lee support and have nearly as much supporting agency as the support Enchanter and Warden classes.

Solve this issue by giving the shield value a small AP ratio (5-10%) instead of per-level, ramp up the cost of the item to 2900 and slap 60 AP on top of it. It'll then be worth the buy as an item slot, ramp up power with the champion itself, and aid the champion to do what makes them unique through their kits with more AP to scale.

There is a lack of mana and MR items (banner of command is the only one). Something that gets used "every 4 seconds" at most means they are using a lot of mana. So a mana item would more sense to be in there.

Do you know what the word consecration means? Heals and shields are anything but holy xD
