I was absently trying to make the Warcraft Paladin into a champion, and this is what I came up with

Passive: Aura of Devotion-Grants allied champs within 750 range 4-12% extra damage reduction. P2ssive: Holy Power-Hitting champs with your Q generates Holy Power, up to 5. Stacks fall off one at a time while out of combat with champions. Upon reaching 5 stacks of Holy Power, gain Crusade. Crusade lasts for 7 seconds after you no longer have 5 Holy Power. While Crusade is active, heal yourself and all nearby allies for a small amount of the damage you deal. Can only be gained once per 25 seconds.

Q: Templar's Verdict-Auto reset that deals magic damage. Bread-and-butter ability with a short cooldown. Generates Holy Power when used against champions.

W: Judgement-Judges (some) enemies within 500? range, prioritizing Champions. Judging an enemy causes them to take magic damage based on their current health, and afflicts them with Judged for a short time. Judged enemies take small bonus damage from all sources. Costs 1-2 Holy Power. (might be a slow as well)

E: Hammer of Justice-Stuns an enemy champion for a really long time and deals a small amount of physical damage with meme-level AD scaling. Costs 2 Holy Power.

R: Divine Storm-Swings a large weapon of Light around you in a 750? range circle, dealing lots of magic damage. Consumes all (at least 3) Holy Power.

I know that he's overloaded. Just made this for fun.

The first aspect of his passive will become abused hard.

The ult is admittedly very very generic. Otherwise he'd make a good Aura Tank.

Passive - Silver Hand: Friendly minions within 600 units are marked with 'Recruitment'. After 12-6 consecutive seconds, they are upgraded, gaining 100% increased health and damage.

Q - Rebuke: Uther's next auto attack deals 40/65/90/115/140 +60%AP magic damage and prevents their cooldowns from ticking for 1 second. Has an 8 second cooldown.

W - Hand of Protection: Grant an allied champion a spell shield for the next 1.5 seconds. If the shield was placed on an ally and is popped by an ability, they are granted 20% damage reduction for the next 5 seconds- boosted to 30/35/40/45/50% for the first 2 seconds so long as Uther remains in 250 units of them. Has a 32/28/24/20/16 second cooldown.

E - Blessed Champion: Uther gives 100% of his attack damage to an allied champion for 4 seconds. During this time, Uther may still attack to apply on hit effects and his attacks mark enemies with 'Holy Wrath'. Enemies marked with 'Holy Wrath' take 10/15/20/25/30% more damage from whoever Uther cast Blessed champion on. Has a 20/18/16/14/12 second cooldown.

R - Consecration: For the next 12 seconds, Uther's attacks mark enemies with 'Burning Light' for the next 5 seconds. Marked enemies produce an aura that deals 40/60/80 +20%AP magic damage per second to all enemies in 250 units. Marks are refreshed on hit or upon taking ability damage from another effect. Has a 120 second cooldown, reduced by 15 seconds whenever an enemy dies while marked with Burning Light.
