Daily/Weekly Challenges

League should incorporate daily/weekly challenges into the game. Play one champ from each region, play an assassin, play a tank, etc. Give a modest but real IP reward for completing it.

Also probably just stop making new champs, especially ones that have 3 existing champs abilities combined into their kit. Here's looking at you Rakan and Xayah.
