[Gameplay] Enemy Ekko Hologram Position Snaps to Strange Positions on Map

Summoner's Rift. Playing as several different champs (Vi, Poppy, Diana, Morgana, Lux, Evelynn).

At times, with or without vision of enemy Ekko, his hologram will appear very shortly in a place that he had not/could not have traveled to in its 4 second delay. This happens even after I have had vision of Ekko or his hologram and know where it is. Ekko's hologram will appear in a location and disappear within a one second time frame. I have NOT seen this bug in EVERY game. But it has been frequent enough that it should be mentioned.
