Q **Wild Wisp ** Daphne sends out a bolt in a target direction. Upon making contact with a enemy champions if explodes in a small area dealing magical damage and applying an increasing slow over 2 seconds. Range: 1050 AoE: 255 Magic damage: 60/100/140/180/220 (+55% AP) Slow: 10/15/20/25/30% to 75% over 2 seconds CD: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds Mana cost: 55 mana

W Flourish / Fatal Flora Ally cast: Heals target ally over 5 seconds. When the heal is applied on an allied champions , hitting ** Wild Wisp ** reduces it's cooldown by 1 second. Can be cast on turrets to heal them for 50% of the total value. Enemy cast: Deals magic damage based on a % of the targets bonus health to the enemy champions over 4 seconds. Her passive is cool, but all her her abilitis, that target allies, are ranged, so there is no real synergy.

Also, increasing a tower's defense is ok, but healing it, is not, I think.

And what do you mean with "Disarmed"?
