Qrow, Death's Writ Qrow holds a rapier in one hand and 3 metal quills in the other. Hailing from The Shadow Isles. Used to be a regal duelist and royal advisor, but now prowls and leaps about the Isles looking for prey.

STATS HP|590+80 H5|6+0.6 MP|275+25 MP5|6+0.6 AD|60+4 AS|0.62+3.5 AR|26+3 MR|30+0.5 MS|340 RG|175

Abilities

Passive: Close Quarters While within 125 units of his target Qrow basic attacks with his quills using them as claws gaining 30-60% bonus attack speed and 10% bonus movement speed. Qrow can be affected by ally and enemy knock ups. Whenever knocked airborn Qrow becomes Suspended for the duration instead, floating slowly in the direction he was going if he was moving, allowing him to cast his basic abilities during Suspension.

Q: Parry Strike | CD 11/10/9/8/7 | Cost 50 | Range 225 Qrow guards with his rapier for 0.5 seconds and then strikes forward. While guarding Qrow blocks and absorbs the damage from the 1st basic attack, immediately striking after he is hit, and upon striking he deals 10/15/20/25/30+(100% AD) Physical damage plus 40/55/70/85/100% of the damage he absorbed. Direction is automatically changed to the attacker if he is hit.

Cast while Suspended to instantly dive down with his blade and deal 80/110/140/170/200+(100% Bonus AD physical damage in a 150 aoe and stun enemies hit for 0.5 seconds.

W: Crow Talons | CD 16/15/14/13/12 | Cost 60/65/70/75/80 | Range 150 | Distance 300 Qrow flips backwards knocking enemies in front of him airborn for 1 second and dealing 50/75/100/125/150+(30% AD) physical damage to all units hit.

Cast while Suspended to dive 400 units in a direction, pushing away all enemies hit and dealing the same damage.

E: Lunging Needles | CD 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 | Cost 40/45/50/55/60 | Range 700 | 20° cone Qrow jumps in a direction, quickly flying 200 units and then being Suspended in slow flight for 0.5 seconds over the last 200 units. Recast while Suspended to throw his 3 quills out in a direction dealing 30/60/90/120/150+(50% Bonus AD) damage to units hit. Units hit by a quill take 50% reduced damage from other quills. Recasting causes Qrow to instantly land after throwing. (Can jump walls and shoot over walls)

R: Murder | CD 140/110/80 | Cost 150 Qrow equips 2 sets of metal Quills for 10 seconds, increasing his attack range to 400/500/600 and activating his full passive for the duration regardless of distance, but reduces his basic attack damage by up to 40% depending on distance. Parry Strike is replaced with Dance of Knives and Lunging Needles throws out 6 quills in a 30° cone.

Dance of Knives | CD/Cost Same | Range 300 | Radius 150 Qrow spins forward in a direction, damaging all enemies hit for 40/60/80/100/120+(100% AD) physical damage, and is untargetable during the spin.

Cast while Suspended to spin around while descending and pull all enemies within 400 units closer by 200 units and deal half damage to all units affected.

Generally played as an assassin or top. No invisibility though, and minor defensive skills. Makes up for low utility and tank stats with high damage and mobility.

Inspiration is from Dark Souls 3 ;)

Would of thought this was from warframe with the spinning decent, but you use the term "suspended" so am wandering if he can still be subject to knock up and yasuo ult Cuz then that adds a certain level of chaos and intrigue to the concept. Eg he's knocked up, is he still able to spin or chose landings. Would be nice if the suspend would proc once he is airborne.

tips hat to RWBY reference

Lot of suspension. Definitely intriguing. Seems like a real nuisance at max CDR, but also very easy to play around if people take advantage of how clunky he's gonna have to be with all the slight pauses within his kit.
