Splash arts coming soon for you guys :D Edit*I've gotten the basic Gist of Carnival Taric's skin down, as well as fortune teller Zilean. Comment if you have any suggestions with graves though. I can't think of what I should make him wear O_O

I really think Miss Fortune should have the Fortune Teller skin. >.> It's in her name! xD I also think Caitlyn would be better for the Shooting Range skin. <.<

Honestly though, I wouldn't be picky if these skins came around. They sound like fun, though I don't think Riot would do additional animations for champions. At most, I think it would be a temporary buff with Urf on it. I'm pretty sure adding extra animations like that on every champions is more work than they bargain for.

What do I know though? I'm no expert. :P
