Anything can "fit" a character, skins are meant to live out little fantasies and can (but do not have to) coincide with the champion's main personality. For example; The chef skins make no sense for the characters themselves as only Pantheon ever even mentioned baking, and only Pantheon and Leona are associated with each other. Akali is with the Kinku in the eternal battle to maintain balance, and Olaf's main goal in life is to lose his life in battle. These are fun skins that can be loosely tied to a champion with some vague characteristic.
It is interesting. It doesn't fit her narrative,but neither does Program: Soraka, or Program: Lissandra
So like, go for it. It'd be interesting.

i like it, buuuuuuutttt, it is a little too "glowing" for her character. Props to the artist though
Not bad, although another red based Diana skin would be kinda annoying, since 3 out of 4 of her current skins are red based (Pink, Orange, dark redish). Imo a blue skin would be amazing. However, you could easily do blue/green effects and it would be really cool.
I approve. That suit looks great on her, and her abilities would look nice with bright neon colors added to them.
I love the idea of a Neon skin for Diana, but the colors don't seem to fit her very well. I feel like they should a be just a little darker. Beautiful art though.
Maybe a few colour changes and then we'll see. o: Interesting concept though.

All I want out of a new Diana skin is for her to not turn into a ball of particles when she ults. All but her Dark Valkyrie skin do that and it's the sole reason I don't have any of her skins beside Dark Valkyrie.
At least the colour scheme of this concept is watchable unlike Neon Strike Vi...
