I've not done one of these in a while, and while I want to hop right in, I should say something about the champ first. I know this champion would never happen, as it is because of how labor intensive the W ability would be to code, and learn to use. I simply want to talk in a vacuum about the idea of the champion, rather than about how to make it so that riot could use it. I want help balancing the kit, not making a champion we might one day see on the fields.

Name: Oquiupo (I want a reflective name. If you want to suggest a better one: go for it) Gender: Male Race: Misc Monster Birthplace: Unknown/Undecided

Role: Juggernaut Secondary Role: Control Mage

Appearance: Oquiupo is a being made from reflections, so in appearance he would likely be similar to Zac, made out of a chrome reflexive substance, with the exception of the head and limbs which would often be well defined. He would likely have a finished appearance similar to this.

Kit: Stats (Courtesy of Malzahar with an armor Nerf) Max Health: 525 (+75 per level) :: 1875 @18 Health Regen: 6 (+0.6 per level) :: 16.8 @18 Max Mana: 281 (+45 per level) :: 1091 @18 Mana Regen: 5.2 (+0.8 per level) :: 19.6 @18 Attack Damage: 55 (+3 per level) :: 109 @18 Attack Speed: 0.625 (+1.5% per level):: .769 @18 Movement Speed: 330 Armor: 20 (+1.5 per level) :: 47 @18 Magic Resist: 30 (+0 per level) Attack range: 125 Melee (Varies)

Abilities

Passive, Reflective Body: Whenever Oquiupo is draws near to a visible enemy, for each stat that enemy has which is larger than Oquiupo's stat, he gains 1/4 // 1/2 // 2/3's the difference. Specifically, whenever Oquiupo comes within 200/300/400 units of an enemy he has vision of, he will gain the bonus stats. If he loses vision of that enemy, the enemy leaves the range, or the enemy dies, he will lose those stats in the following manner:

  • Auto Attack Range is retained until out of combat for five seconds
  • Max Health: After a delay of 5 Seconds it will decay over 2 seconds
  • Max Mana: After a delay of 3 Seconds it will decay over 1 second
  • Movement speed: Decay over 3 seconds
  • Everything Else: After a delay of 1 second decays over 2 seconds Regaining Vision or re-entering the effective range will restore all the stats from that stack to full value. If a second champion enters into his range, the buff will be calculated based on his current stats, and it will not be recalculated until after the decay of all stats (except AAR) from that source are finished. The same is true for the third, fourth, fifth and sixth (in hexakill) stack. For this reason, he will have different stats depending on the order he gets his bonuses. Max HP bonuses only grant half their effective HP when procced.

Q: Mirror Make Mana cost: 50/45/40/35/30 Mana Cooldown: 22/19/16/13/10 seconds Passive: Every auto attack or ability Oquiupo lands on enemy champions and epic monsters marks them for four/five/six/seven/eight seconds, causing an reflective sphere to orbit them for that duration. If a champion uses an ability or summoner spell while marked, a mark will be consumed and the spherical mirror will launch from orbit towards Oquiupo traveling before settling on the battlefield; if it reaches Oquiupo it will orbit before falling to the ground. These orbs will last as long as they are within 600 units of Oquiupo, but a maximum number of active orbs would exist (Don't know what yet). Oquiupo's basic attack deal 5/10/15/20/25 (+15% bonus attack damage) per mark on the target. A single target may be marked 4 times Active: Oquiupo launches an orb at every enemy champion within 200 units of him. Each champion which is already marked takes 10/20/30/40/50 (+15% Ability Power) damage per mark.

W: Reflection Mana cost: none Cooldown: 3 seconds after second use or after expiration. Active: Oquiupo absorbs a selected mirror from the battlefield withing 200 units of him. Second Active: After absorbing the orb, W's information scroll and icon will change to match the ability which caused the sphere to proc. For the next five seconds, Oquiupo may use that ability by reactivating his W. If he does he will pay all costs asociated with the ability he copied.** ** If the copied abilities cost is non-mana, non-health based, that cost will translated into mana. If the ability scales off of a non-mana non-health based resource, it will scale off % of mana available on activation multiplied to the correct decimal.

E: Unknown I think I want the E to mark ally champions the way q marks enemy champions and give them some sort of buff, but I don't know how to make that mechanic work.

R: Worst Reality Mana Cost: 100 Cooldown: 60 Passive: When R come off cool down, it gains one stack. While not on cooldown, R builds one stack every 30/25/20 seconds up to a max of four stacks. Active: On activation all charges are spent, and W's cooldown is increased to five seconds for 30 seconds. Spherical mirrors fly from Oquiupo and begin rotating around him for 8 seconds, based on the number of charges. 1 Charge: 3 @ 100 2 Charges : 3 at 200, 3 @ 100 3 Charges : 2 @ 450, 3 at 200, 3 @ 100 4 Charges : 2 @ 500, 2 @ 450, 3 at 200, 3 @ 100 When an orb collides with an enemy champion, that orb becomes a mark, dealing 50/75/100 (+30% AP) magic damage and 10 (+3% AP) additional damage per mark. If the champion hit already has maximum marks, the oldest mark will proc as if the champion had cast their R. As inner orbs are spent, outer orbs move inward to fill up the lower slots.

Lore: An ancient legend tells of a mirror that would perfectly reflect the strongest desire of any who looked into it. The greed of any whose vestige appeared in it would be laid bare for them to see. But the longer one looked on into the mirror the stranger the image would become, twisting and gnarling until what they had once wanted more than anything morphed into their worst nightmare. A Warrior, who was considered pure of heart by all the people of the nation was asked to destroy the mirror, for they believed surely their hero would have no dark desire that the mirror could twist. Alas that was not so: the warrior feared dying more than anything, He wanted to live forever, and when he approached the mirror, a hammer in hand to shatter it. the mirror should him his desire just as it did for others: and it twisted it showing his dried yet living body, eons down the road. The Warrior was over come with rage and as he'd been commissioned, he swung his hammer shattering the mirror. Fragments flew and one lodged in his throat, killing him. The country mourned their lose and buried him with what remained of the mirror whose fragments would still show the desire of those that look on them. The Hero had died for nothing, and with the mirror locked away beside his corpse none would share his fate.
