Incentivize player to pick support in normal draft.

So, I've been playing the draft mode for quite some time, and have found that if one picks fill, they're nearly guaranteed the support position, and I was thinking maybe riot should incentivize players with a small IP bonus for playing a game in the support role. Not something big, but not negligible in the long run either, like 20 extra IP for supporting over choosing other roles. Even better would be the system that tells players what's needed most and gives the players who pick that the bonus at the end of the match. This could speed up the queueing process by making supports less hard to find and would make the fill function closer to it intended use, rather than just another button to say, "yeah, I'll support."
