Dragon Trainer Lulu vs . Winter Wonderland Lulu?

Which of these skins should I get? Dragon trainer is on sale today, but I prefer Winter Wonderland. However, WW skin isn't available, does anyone know if it will be available in the winter?

If the WW one isn't available, why not pick up dragon trainer on the cheap, and if it becomes available later down the road pick it up then?
