Riot, either IP costs need to be reduced, make ip gains better, or stay with a toxic community

The main reason MOST low elo players get mad at allies for picking "off-meta" picks is cause they want to win. Why do they want to win? So they can gain more ip. Why? To buy runes. Why? To win more so they can get more ip. Because they want a new champion, that's the whole reason people play, to experience the fun of different champions. So please lower the costs, or raise the gains, cause all people care about is how much IP they get.

Yeah I think people are toxic simply because they are jackasses. Not because they want 30 extra IP for winning.

DotA gives all characters free and has no rune pages. Toxicity has not magically disappeared.

Surrender at 20 because the extra IP for playing for an hour isn't worth it over playing 3 surrendered games.

Kind of bad when losing earlier is more effective than winning later.

No. Increase events such as double ip weekends. Ip gains are fine.
