League of Legends - Voice Command

The Voice Command system is a fast and reliable way to quickly communicate with your team. No need to type long sentences, and no need to rely on a ping being understood correctly. With the Voice Command system, four letters is the maximum you'll ever have to type to send a quick message to your team, alerting them to exactly what you want to say.

It will work like this: A keybind (standard V button), will let you access a small, stylish GUI just above your chat box. This is the Voice Command GUI. When you press the first button, several categories will appear. The first will be 1. Attack. Within this category, you can press 1 for attack top lane, 2 for attack mid lane, 3 for attack bot lane, 4 for dragon, 5 for herald/baron (changes based on time in game), and finally 6 for nexus.

Lets say to our team "Lets attack top lane". All you have to do is press V-1-1. Those three buttons. It's super fast, and you let your team know exactly what you want to do. The text will also appear in chat, making it super easy to see it afterwards.

The second category is called defend. It will have the same lines as the attack category, but you will say "Defend top lane" instead. To say this, type V-2-1.

The third category is greetings. To say hello to someone, type V-3-1. It's really that simple.

The rest of the categories are up for debate. Maybe we can have a self category, where you will tell your allies that you are going to do something. For instance, if this was category 4, you'd say V-4-1-1, which would mean "I will attack top lane".

Now to the part that will make Riot love this idea: By default, you will have a standard voice saying the commands. However, you can also buy your current champion's voice set with RP. I got this idea from the Ahri caster voice that is currently ingame.

It's like skins, but with sound instead. This will make it profitable for Riot to actually hire in voice actors to do these commands. Of course, you don't have to buy them. The standard voice will do the job. However, it's going to make the game feel way more alive if the Champions themselves are saying it. For the voiceless champions, either make their sound and then the command appears in chat like usual, or just have the default voice for them.

With how they get in text chat, I don't know anyone who'd want verbal communication

Hmmm maybe change it to just C-1/2/3/4/etc.

So C-1 (C + 1) will say, "head to dragon, for instance"

So it's not like a whole bunch of key combinations which would eventually get confusing
