An idea for the second Legendary or Ultimate lore-based skin for Vladimir

Since Cho'Gath has two legendary skins, I belive that it's possible for a champion to have second legendary skin. And instead of his chaotic evil persona we saw in Blood Lord Vladimir, we'll see something more calm, aged and wise. We will see how the history has ruined him, how his power has become a curse for him. He saw many wars, he witnessed Noxus getting too old to even exist. And he has experienced everything which happened to the world of Runeterra. I would call him "Secular Vladimir", as he stepped over every belief which has ever flown in the air. Taunt: You are just an unnoticed stain on an infinite fabric of history. I would send your greetings to your grandchildren, but your lineage ends here. Abilities visuals Vladimir has mastered the blood magic so well that he can bend and morph it into different states and forms. It's the only entertainment left in his eternal life. His most common choice are bats, as he finds them aesthetically pleasant.
Q - Vladimir transforms enemy's blood into bloody bats and consumes them. W - Vladimir turns into the pack of bloody bats for a short amount of time. E - He sends bloody bats to bite his enemy.
