Champion Concept - High-Skill Control Mage based on magnetism and physics

Background: For now I'll use Vin as a name, a character from a series that is the main inspiration for this champion. She's small (5 feet tall and skinny), with dark hair and a long cloak.

Passive: Vin's resource is Coins. Vin can store up to two Coins at level 1, plus 1 every 3 levels.

Q: Vin tosses a Coin to the ground at the target location.

W: Vin uses magnetic force to push on all Coins in a cone. The Coins are pushed back as long as the ability is held. If they hit a minion, they pass through and deal damage scaling with AP. If they hit a champion, they stop, deal damage scaling with AP, and Vin is pushed away from the Coin a distance scaling with the champion's maximum health and scaling inversely with her own maximum health. The champion hit is also pushed back a distance scaling with Vin's maximum health, and inversely with their own. If a Coin or a champion being pushed by a coin hits a wall, Vin is pushed back a much larger, set distance, also scaling inversely with her maximum health.

E: Vin uses magnetic force to pull on all Coins in a cone. The effects and damage are the same as her W, but Vin and her targets are pulled together instead of pushed apart. Additionally, if a Coin returns to Vin, she reclaims it.

R: A toggled ability with three settings. The first causes Vin's W and E to only affect one Coin, instead of in a cone. The second causes them to affect all Coins around her. The third causes them to behave as normal. Her Q is also effected, toggling between tossing down one coin, three, and all coins remaining in her resource bar.

TL;DR: Vin can either choose to build tanky and gain massive amounts of displacement, or build damage and become extremely mobile. Her abilities, while simple, would require RIDICULOUS amounts of mechanical skill to use to their full potential (imagine controlling 8 Orianna balls at once, except you can only move the balls toward or away from yourself, and every time you move them it also moves you. And that's not even the really hard bit.)

I had a similar, more complex idea a while back. I have always wanted a champion who uses magnets to move something around. Here was my idea.
