Just took a Riot survey about Morde and Prestige skins, from what i took away from it. He may get a new skin after several years without but it would most likely be of a Superior quality only. Frankly i would be extremely disappointed if that is the Case.
After years of neglect i kinda hope for more.
I could be wrong, but i have become a pessimist due to Years of mistreatment of my Favorite character.

I just hope Mordekaiser isn't the new Irelia, where they come out and are extremely fun but people quickly realize the champ is fundamentally broken then they get nerfed over and over. It's happened so often the last couple years that I basically pessimistically expect champions to not be fun a few months after they release. Let's hope we get more of a Neeko than an Akali is what I'm saying.
Morde needs a legendary or ultimate tbh after not getting a skin for 1350+ days. He's been neglected long enough.
