[Ward Skin] LCS Big Plays

What about an LCS themed ward skin?

Like the head of an LCS shoutcaster; it could even talk a little bit, say "big plays" and things of that nature when you place it or jump to it.

If the head of Riot Kobe or someone is too much the ward skin could still be a sort of speaker that on occasion has dialogue. I think it would be a comical addition to the ward skin lineup.

Maybe even sounds of applause if the ward gets sweeped and destroyed by the enemy team (particularly in games without a kill in a certain amount of time). Sound effect triggers would be random with low chances so they are not too annoying.

The idea was originally a joke, but hmm, why not?

What else would it say?

Maybe some things depending on where on the map it's placed (lane, dragon, baron, under enemy turret :-p )

The biggest issue would be localization. Dialogue in so many languages to make it work.
