Should have played during season 2 then.
I think they should make them available for purchase at the end of each season. Give people who actually earned the skins some fancy watermark, as they did with other old skins.
They will not make these skins available for purchase, it would be a major slap in the face for players who achieved gold+ during that season.
Probably won't be seeing another support being given the skin as morg just got the S4 one. Though J4 and elise got theres in a row so you never know.
