concept: Chimera

A champion who takes "consume and adapt" to a new level. The passive causes you to gain aspects of enemy champions if you can kill them multiple times. It would start out less effective, but with enough kills, will scale up to the effectiveness of the original.

Example kit

P: Phagogenesis Killing the same champion 3 times will empower one of your spells with an aspect of their kit. Killing that champion thrice more allows you to make it more powerful, up to 9 kills, when it becomes just as effective as the original.

Q: Generic magic damage linear skill shot, hybrid scaling, stops at first target. Killing bard several times will cause it to take on the properties of Bard's cosmic bind. (damage unchanged, utility added)

W: Defensive Shield, hp scaling. Killing Tahm Kench several times causes a percentage of the shield value to be restored to the chimera as health.

E: Stalking Chimera becomes camouflaged for several seconds (health bar becomes hidden, champion icon removes from map, and model changed to blend into the terrain, but not stealthed).

Killing Teemo several times causes Chimera to gain attack speed upon leaving camouflage.

R: Claim Chimera claims an area as it's own, causing it and its allies to gain x% movement speed and damage output while inside. Enemies inside are debuffed for half that amount.

Killing Trundle several times causes Chimera to gain attack speed, movement speed, and increased healing while in the zone.

Some champions, like Aatrox, buff Chimera without touching his spells. Killing Aatrox several times causes Chimera to gain blood thirst as a passive.

Kinda makes me think of Stolen Identity: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Handlers/Image.ashx?multiverseid=366427&type=card but only on certain aspects, in other words its kit. Kinda like many different Clone cards that are in MTG.

Sounds cool honestly! But implementing all the varied possibilities would be hell though.

This champ would have major clarity issues, how would you tell which ability would be upgraded, also relying on killing an enemy 3 times in order to reach your full power would be impossible to balance, you might be put up against a team that makes you nearly unstoppable one game and completely useless the next. If you're going for the "consume and adapt" fantasy, why not make it an in combat thing sort of like trundles Q, you ult a target(available from level 1 and gain power based on their stats for a short time and have your kit change based on the champions primary role(Mage, Fighter, Tank, Support, Marksman, Assassin) until you reactivate the ult.
