Can the next new champion ult NOT have another heal & something that helps both allies & enemies?

Right can we have another targeted you die now ult like or . Im serious I want more instant death spells, i hope riot doesn't take that the wrong way and make a champion who's ult is unblock-able undodge-able and instantly kills you, even through a banshees or zhoynas.

Right? I refuse to buy kindred because I made the mistake with bard. Why would I want a champ that helps both teams? They both look cool and I really want kindred, her ult just isnt worth it
