Hello, Guys, I`ve got a new idea, so lets see what do you think!

League Of Legends has a lot of players. There are both rich and poor families, whose members play this very game. I was thinking about a new change, so I wanted to know what others think. Skins were always topic of adoring, judging by the players. Why dont you make a change where everyone has an opportunity to use a skin? For example, let them be available at donation service, but why not adding one more level, like level 8, on which champion can use skins, or 2 more levels(which would be hard to obtain - by playing a lot, making a good scores, beeing kind and honored by others). My idea is, add level 8 on which Summoner can use all skins of his level 8 champion, add level 9 where he can use legendary skins of the same champion, but make them very hard to be obtained, so that poor familiy members can have an opportunity to have a skin!
