Lets discuss this ``EZ`` rude term.

The more I play, the more I encounter the so-called EZ maniacs. Whenever they make kills, or whenever they are killed they humiliate others by calling them noobs and using this EZ(easy) term. Is there anyone who would stand against this rude term? Shouldn`t players be dignified in defeat, graceful in victory?

Or you know, not get mad over two letters?

Immature players are doing this to get under your skin. Don't let them. Spamming flare, calling "ez", etc. are childish ways to try to make themselves feeling better while trying to troll you to make you tilt.

Riot encourages this behavior too. They could easily fix the flare, joke, and taunt spamming, but they chose not to. The newer skins with VOs are taunting more rudely automatically now. The pros are BMing onstage now. It's getting out of hand.

Riot says no taunting.
And then their $20 skin says,
Arrrrrrr you suck What is it you mastered yi? Sucking?. Mixed message there.

It's punishable if done consistently anyway. Just report it.

or u can not get mad like the player saying ez wants you to get.

its psychological warfare, they want you to tilt even harder and by getting so upset you gave them what they want.

A) Kill all-chat. There is no reason, outside of a 6+ man game or one where you're facing your friends, that you'd ever need to talk to the enemy team in a competitive scenario.

B) The 'gg ez' approach by Blizzard is best. Denying it by saying 'they know what you're saying' is just denying watching everyone talk about their mom.

C) Report any unsportsmanlike behavior post game. You may not see it but you are getting through; most likely they'll get nicked because it probably isn't their first report.

I've begun just straight up muting the enemy team. I don't need to hear them, and I won't hear them.

I only wish we could mute mastery emotes too.

Mute the player and you don't see it if he keeps doing it. It doesn't bother me and I love to say it when I stomp that zed player who spammed laugh and mastery 7 in lane. Some players like to trash talk each other. If you don't like trash talking I would suggest just muting and for this reason I must ask did you know there is a mute button for my final statement since you posted this topic which can be easily prevented.

They should, and with the new honor system around the corner rest assure that anyone who types such bs like "noob, ez ...etc." won't be getting anything even if he's the carry on our team.

ez is slightly rude yes. but when you are really competing with someone, its war. im not talking about a game with friends for fun, im talking about a real competition where you play to win.

in a situation like that you should never say anything positive to the other team. you dont want them to feel good and confident. you want them to feel uncertain and weak. in many cases if you can make them angry they make mistakes. so saying things to unbalance them Will sometimes help you win games.

that is if you are all out playing to win. there is friendly competition and then there is real competition and they are VERY different. there are differing opinions on what this game should be.

I agree with some of you, but with others I dont. Competition, fine, but shouldnt that have some boundaries? For example: I want to win. What should I do? Hm... Lets see... Everything is allowed! Great! Lets break their pc, kill their familiy, sleep with his/her lover, kill him/her as well, flame all the game, ezy-zyzy thing again and so forth. NO! The point of competition is not Machiavellis politic. When it comes to the games and terms of competition eveyone should do their best without provoking others. Its Japanese Anime spirit xD Culture, manners, patience, hidden but present passion, respect for others(be they your teammates or your foes). No-one should be feeling humiliated. Because, League Of Legends is miracle of creation :D I like it, guys and I dont wanna for scum players who dont have basic manners to ruin game to the others. I mean, I am Bronze V, not particularly good at this, but still... Are there EZ maniacs at Diamond, Challanger?
