Xeldon is a very high mobility duelist that utilizes only kicks in his Taekwon-do style. This champion concept (as ironic as it sounds) came to me in a dream, likely the product of too much League XD

Xeldon, The Fleet Footed Fighter

Introduction & Appearance

Xeldon is a self-mastered wielder of the "Fleet Foot" style he invented when he lived alone. The young man of age 20-23 is shirtless and has very baggy pants as well as bare-foot with wraps along his feet and bracers along his wrists. The fighter makes a lot of Bruce Lee-esk move when he kicks and his hair is long and flowing with emerald-green eyes. Simple in look.

Lore

At the age of 12, during the Noxian invasion of Ionia, young Xeldon's parents and brother were slain before him as he hid by none other than the fearless general Darius himself. After a narrow escape from death and with all of Ionia and Noxus thinking he was dead, he forsook his given name and dawned his own, known as "Xeldon". Alone, he created a new life, and a new fighting style using his fists very rarely and fought entirely with his feet after suffering injuries to his hands during the escape. Even after his hands healed, he had become so used to fighting with his feet he kept the strategy strong.

Xeldon earned his money for food and his home by dominating fighting tournaments. One day, however, he encountered a challenger that he just couldn't defeat, Lee Sin. Xeldon trained harder than ever, kicking the tree in front of his home, causing dent after dent, and after a week, the tree finally fell. Xeldon's kicks were far stronger than before, but even still he couldn't defeat the monk. Like a ghost, Lee was gone one day due to his training and none else could stand before him. He seeks not only a challenger of Lee Sin's caliber, but to avenge the death's of his family

Abilities

Passive - Youthful Arrogance

Xeldon gains 5 Pride stacks, whenever he gets a kill or assist on an enemy champion and loses 2 Pride stacks if he dies. Xeldon gains a bonus +1 AD for each stack he has. Additionally, he gains bonuses for certain amounts: 10 Stacks: 10% Armor Penetration 20 Stacks: 10% Movement Speed 30 Stacks: 10% Cooldown

Q - Axe Kick - 50/55/60/65/70 Mana - 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 Second Cooldown - 300 range, very shorts skillshot

After a 0.5 second channel, Xeldon slams the floor in a short line dealing massive damage to those struck and slowing them by 50% for 1.5 seconds and deals 70/110/150/190/230 (+100% Attack Power). If this is casted in the middle of Wall Hike this creates a radius instead of 300 range around himself at the point of cast and their attack speed is also reduced by 50% for 1.5 seconds

W - Air Rave - 60/65/70/75/80 Mana - 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 Second Cooldown - Sends you traveling 300 units,

Performing a double spinning kick striking once in the middle of the dash and the second at the end, each kick deals 20/50/80/110/140 (+125% AD). If used during Wall Hike the travel distance is doubled and two additional kicks are added at the points of 450 units and 600 units. Either of these uses will drag an enemy champion(s) hit to the end of the kicks. Striking the same target multiple times deals 25% less with each hit.

E - Wall Hike- 60/60/60/60/60 - 14/13/12/11/10 Second Cooldown- Directional dash of 500 units

Can be cast a second time if the first dash collides with an enemy unit, wall, or champion. If colliding with a wall then casting again, Xeldon will perform the dash doing a flip over the wall and becoming untargetable for the 0.5 seconds it takes to do the second dash. Casting an ability during Wall Hike will stop the dash. If Xeldon's initial dash collides with an enemy champion or unit it stuns them for 0.5 seconds

R - Roaring Tornado- 100/100/100- 120/100/80 Second Cooldown- Radius 500 units

Xeldon spins his feet to such a pace that is causes a massive twister knocking up and damaging every enemy inside. The knockup lasts for 1.5 seconds and deals 30/65/100 (+50% AD) every 0.5 seconds. If cast while using Wall Hike the twister moves in the remaining dash of the Wall Hike +100 units and lasts for 1 additional second

Explanations

So here I will explain the abilities further, just remember that numbers and ratios can all be changed easily, so try focus more on the abilities themselves. If anything needs balance though, please do tell me and I will fix it.

Q - Xeldon's go-to harass and punish for getting close to him, this skill works very well when used as you land on an enemy using Wall Hike as a chaser

W - This attack is great for ganking or just general damage output. Using Air Rave while approaching the enemy from behind makes a great way to push them into your turret. This is easily achieved by slowing with Axe Kick followed by Wall Hiking diagonal from your target and back at them to shove them the maximum distance

E - The most important skill in your kit, for high mobility and chaining your skills and escaping/chasing. Use E + E + W to shove your opponents to where you want them to go, use E + E + Q for maximum success in dueling close foes or chasing and use E+ E + R to sweep up the entire enemy team into a high-DMG stun chain

R - By itself, the skill deals a lot of DMG and can knock up someone who dared to dash onto you, but paired with Wall Hike, the skill is a great initiator on the enemy team (E to wall + E over the wall, activating R as your close enough to sweep up the enemy team)

I like the idea of Xeldon but I think his ult is too similar to that of MonkeyKing. I think a more unique ult would be a long ranged kick. It would be a skill shot and Xeldon would fly in that direction with his foot out in a kicking motion. The ability would deal damage and knock aside anyone hit much like Draven's E Stand Aside. There could also be a slow involved.
