Neamean2 votesthey usually come out mid season
Angry Monster2 votesThey are the season 4 world winners.
Angry Monster2 votesI am not from riot but i am willing to say 95% sure there will be. Though they may not come out till worlds time again.
I know part of the process is that the players get to request a skin on a champ, but they all split up from there organization and they may want to put there 2 cents in also. Korea can be a funny place with gaming.
arc951 votesLol they just announced the ssw skins on reddit 8 hours ago so that answers my question XD
