an early game 3rd hit item

450 gold- 6.67 attack speed, 1% lifesteal/spell vamp and increases up to 3% on consecutive hits. every 3rd auto attack or spell does an extra 5% of total health, may refund 2.5% of total resource if full weave is on champion (this includes energy, rage, mana, flow).

gold cost may be a bit low, but i was thinking this could be a good start item on most junglers after they get the machete and talisman
