[Suggestion] Nightmare Bots

First of all, this isn't supposed to be a new game mode like Doombots. I just think that intermediate bots are boring and pretty useless to practice against, so there should be a more challenging mode.

The idea for Nightmare Bots is that they have:

• Same basic AI as Intermediate bots
• Greatly increased gold generation, similar to the Intermediate bots back in season 3
• Full runes and masteries like a level 30 player, including keystone of course
• Better build paths for certain champions (namely no Sightstones or useless support crap they won't even use)
