The Arcade skins are "good" guys, with them being Sona, Riven, Hecarim, and Miss Fortune.

Viktor's not a good guy. Before he went robot, he (most likely) was, but now that he's turned into the death machine he is today, all he wants is to upgrade all living lifeforms with circuits and steel as part of his "Glorious Evolution", with a touch of insanity.

That's not a "good guy".

P.S. The Final Boss skins already have a midlaner. Veigar.

All Hecarim does is patrol the Shadow Isles and slaughter anyone who is dumb enough to go there. (A really dedicated guardian, if you will. In fact, I'll bet half the reason why Hecarim got an Arcade skin is because of Robot Unicorn Attack.)

Don't get me wrong, I love playing Viktor, but it's unlikely that he'll get an Arcade skin. The Bosses already have a midlaner, and just because the Arcades don't have one yet doesn't mean Rito will completely ignore Viktor's lore and give him the skin.

Remember that there are OTHER midlaners.

Ezreal already has a lot of skins already, including Pulsefire Ezreal, which is an ultimate.

Arcade Ezreal doesn't sound that bad IMO, though.

Actually, in the original lore Hecarim conducted slaughters and conquests on the mainland, and in the current, it's heavily suggested that he did so in the Reaping of Smuggler's Cove, and other attacks on Bilgewater.

Remember that Riot scrapped the old lore. This is Hecarim's new lore:

"Hecarim is a towering, armored specter whose name is whispered fearfully across the length and breadth of Runeterra. He patrols the Shadow Isles, running down anyone foolish enough to set foot upon its cursed soil. As the vanguard of undeath, Hecarim rides forth from the Black Mist, laughing mockingly as he tramples the living beneath his iron-shod hooves."

MF is not a good guy by any means, she is a bounty hunter so money talks. Riven is from Noxus and technically they are the bad guys (katarina, singed, swain, not sure is cassiopeia still is, darius, draven) and hecarim is not a good guy by no means.
