they should call the skin Arkade Victor
The Arcade skins are "good" guys, with them being Sona, Riven, Hecarim, and Miss Fortune.
Viktor's not a good guy. Before he went robot, he (most likely) was, but now that he's turned into the death machine he is today, all he wants is to upgrade all living lifeforms with circuits and steel as part of his "Glorious Evolution", with a touch of insanity.
That's not a "good guy".
P.S. The Final Boss skins already have a midlaner. Veigar.
