[Champion Concept] Yamar - The Water Elemental

Yamar is a slippery water mage, that is able to slide past, and overwhelm his opposition.

Lore Blurb

Yamar was quite content flowing with the roil of the ocean. It was not until man came, with his ships that Yamar found himself displeased. The boom of cannons, the screams of men, and the bodies of the drowning gnawed endlessly at Yamar.He summoned all of his power and brought a great storm on those that sailed in his domain and crushed them beneath his waves. The sounds of man though grow louder with each day. No matter what Yamar brought upon the oceans, more and more ships would come. With no options left, Yamar has left the ocean, searching for the source of these "humans" and hopefully some way to end them.

Abilities

Passive: Touch of the Ocean

Whenever enemy champions are damaged by Yamar's spells they leave a 200 unit width trail (Not unlike Nocturnes Q) that last for 2.5 seconds. When Yamar travels on this trail his movement speed is increased by 20% and his Heath Regen/Self Heals are increased by 50%. If Enemy Champions are already effected by Touch of the Ocean, Yamar's spells reset the 3 duration.

Q: Water Blast

Mana: 6/8/12/15/18 a second.** ALSO Costs 3.5% Max Health a Second.** Cooldown 4 Seconds after the End of Casting. Range: 1175 Yamar starts spraying a 250 width beam of water in target direction, the beam deals 55/85/110/145/175 (0.375 AP) Magic damage a second. The beam only damages the first target hit. Yamar can move while casting Water Blast but is slowed by 15%. Water Blast can be channeled as long as Yamar has the Health and Mana. You can cancel the channel at any time by pressing Q again. Yamar can cast his W and E while channeling.

W: Wave Dispersion

Mana: 40/55/70/85/105 ALSO 2% Max Health Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 Range: 1300 Yamar sends a wave in target direction that starts at 200 width and expands to 600 width the farther it flows from him. The wave deals 75/105/155/195/210 (0.7 AP). This wave can hit multiple targets and affected targets are slowed by 40% for 2 seconds.

E: Like Water

Mana: 55 Cooldown: 23/22/21/20/19 Passive: Yamar gains 3/5/7/9/11 Spell Vamp. When cast, Yamar is immune to all damage for 1.75 seconds. For each Instance of Damage Yamar would take he is healed for 70/90/110/140/175 (0.2 AP). If Yamar is stunned or silenced during the effect of Like Water, the effect ends, and Yamar takes 125 True Damage.

R: Fluidity

Mana: No Cost Cooldown: 140/110/90 Range: 750 Yamar dashes to target Enemy champ. Yamar enters that champ (Think Dota's Bloodseeker) for 2.5 seconds and is untargetable. After the 2.5 Seconds is up, Yamar bursts forth from the enemy champ in a 600 AOE, dealing 200/350/450 (0.6 AP) magic damage and stunning all enemy units for 1.5 seconds. After bursting, Yamar gains 50% movespeed that decays rapidly over 1 second.

Strategy Yamar is very good at poking and chasing fleeing enemies. If he is able to maintain his Q on a target, he can follow their fleeing trail, to keep his movespeed up and to regen some of the health he is losing by channeling. He can also cast his W while channeling to slow his enemies down, or to make an escape. Yamar is also very slippery, able to negate damage and become untargetable. If enemy champs charge Yamar though, he is unable to use his passive, and has no escape without his ult. Wise enemies will also use Yamar's Ult to put him out of position, and attempt to make it so only they are stunned by his ult. Yamar's channel is also blocked by minions and if Yamar is charged after, his passive will do nothing.

Riot literally was going to make this but stopped and changed the champion more towards Nami. But I really would had liked a water elemental better so +1 for you and I hope it gets done.

I think his ult shouldn't have the movement speed - he's pretty powerful the way he is. His Ult should be a risk/reward kind of thing. Otherwise - he's very balanced and I love him:D
